The Official Questions Thread Version: "Charlies in the trees, what do I need to get rid of them?"

I'm looking at 92$ for shipping to Texas, not too bad considering I'd drop way over 300$ for something like this locally.
Could someone link me to a 7.4v LiPo that would be appropriate for this gun?
And could someone link me to a good, reasonably priced smart charger for it?
(Thanks, IFAP. I'd have bought something crappy without you.)
Ok, so, I just bought a KWA M4. It's missing the buttplate for the crane stock, but otherwise it's 100% brand new. Does anybody know anywhere to purchase a spare one? Or would buying another stock be the only alternative? If I sound stupid it's because I haven't touched airsoft in about a year or so, and things are fuzzy.
In Wisconsin/Minnesota we have a guy that will import guns for you at an extra like $20 and he can get anything in without customs issues.
I mean price+shipping+$20.
I know like UNCompany will cover trades with putty and such but I don't remember what RedWolf does.
dont order from uncompany
Considering UNCompany got raided by the Chinese government, I would advise against ordering from them as well.
Honestly I'd be willing to risk it, although I'm surprised the site is still up after all that. The only reason they got arrested was for getting in trouble with the local authorities for upgrading guns beyond the legal FPS limits. They're the only company I trust for sketchy stuff as they'll put on orange tips and cover trademarks with a black glue-substance that comes off without damaging them.
Just because they got in trouble with their government doesn't necessarily mean I as a customer shouldn't trust them.

idk, I read that they got closed down and can't open up again, could be wrong though.
I feel like if that was the case they wouldn't have the site up.
So my only WE Hi Capa mag has a leak in it.
Whenever I fill it with gas, it all pours out through the bottom.
What should I do?
Edit: Nevermind, I fixed it by tightening a screw under the mag plate.

If the server isn't local and nobody purposely shuts it down, it'll stay up.

That's not a good way to determine if a company is still around.
Send them an email and see if they reply (not with an auto response obviously).
Anyone know where I can buy an L96 mag release? Mine's been broken for months now

only at evike, the best deals around
Lol, they crossed out $130 and put it back at $130.
Anyways, the smart half of your brain says no, the fun half says yes. You'll likely get something barely worth $130 but you can always try to sell it and recoup your losses. Just remember that in the end Evike is the one making the profit.

Ah Ultimate ninjad me :(
if I won the pink fpg i would be so upset because you know you cant return it, and you probably wont be able to sell it for much, if at all.
Spray-paint it or just take out the G18 and use it without the FPG kit.

I'm pretty sure it's just the slide in there, since the grip folds into the gun, I doubt it's a Glock frame

Never bet on a mystery box. If you want to play the lottery, buy $130 worth of scratchoffs; at least you can fit that in a trash bag when you lose. Odds are you'll be getting a shitty gun out of the box, and even if you don't, you'll still need accessories like magazines and a specific battery to make it usable/worthwhile.
Why would you be upset with a pink FPG, that's fucking hilarious

my friend owns an fpg
it's an 18 slide with a weird external selector and extended barrel on top of a proprietary frame built into the fpg chassis

it's also absolute shit i'd pay $5 for it

If I do get a crappy gun (and I know that chances are I will) I'll probably sell it for fairly cheap to get some profit, or at the very least to pay for the box and shipping. Also factor in the 20% off coupon. And I have a 1/243 chance of getting the FPG so I'm really not worried.

So basically what you're telling me is that if you get a shitty gun, you're going to sell that shitty gun and make money off of it.
A. People don't want to buy shitty guns unless they're appealing and cheap
B. You're trying to sell off a shitty gun for greater than or equal to what you paid for it
C. The standard mystery box guns are whatever isn't selling well, which means that either their price, design, or both are unappealing.
Examining these facts, you can see that you will probably not make money.
In my opinion, there are about 19 good prizes here, meaning the odds of you getting something decent are less than 10%. Also, considering the randomness of the other prizes, the odds are very high that the random guns are things that people won't even consider buying, otherwise they would have given examples to entice buyers. They know what's going in the boxes, and its a bad sign that they won't tell you because its supposed to be ~MyStErIoUs OOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo~
I mean, what do you even want out of that box to begin with? Considering the terrible odds of getting the one thing you're looking for, I'm almost positive you can think of a better way to spend $130.
Not that long ago they'd list everything you could get, I was actually surprised to see they don't anymore but it really does make business sense so you can get away with throwing just about any old piece of shit in there.

To be fair they did that anyways, and people would previously justify it by thinking "Oh well, at least its not x, y, or z so I'll take the risk."
What really screws people over is that even when they do list guns, they're normally the guns their marketing teams have been giving the work-around at used car salesman levels, so people assume that the worst they can do is "pretty good" or at least good by the box's price point.
What people who fall for this fail to realize is that a $150 Combat Machine is better than a lot of $200+ guns, and that price-point is way less useful than buying something reputable and well valued.
While I love the idea of a mystery box, the concept falls apart as soon as you throw logic into the mix.
While I did make profit out of a gun I bought out of a mystery box, it took almost 6 months for it too happen and it was a very annoying 6 months.
0/10 do not recommend.
Aside from the last and 4th to last offer which is 102/243 boxes it seems that they specify what comes in the BOA, although I've heard that most people who got the mystery *insert brand name* m4 worth ???-??? prize got the gun on the lowest end of the spectrum. I guess since its only $130 and I know a kid who has money dripping out of his ears and will buy just about anything airsoft I can at least recoup some of my losses by selling to him.
I'll probably not get it though I suppose. Gambling is bad mmkay?
Is GreenBase okay to buy from? http://www.greenbase.hk/index.asp
Pretty cheap prices, shipping cost will probably be as bad as other Asia-based companies though.
Never heard of the place, but if it is legit, they definitely have the goods.
