Other than Soviet Propaganda, Profarmy and Frontowiec are there any other good sites to buy Rossia gear from?
https://www.facebook.com/groups/545shop/
https://www.facebook.com/groups/545shop/
If I ask the guy who runs the page if he can get something that's not on the page does he do that? I'm looking for somewhere I can get a Specter uniform other than the SPOSN site.
I tried finding the WOC but they're sold out everywhere.
I'd look around for a used one. They're not terribly hard to find used, and they go for half to a third of the new price secondhand.
I'd look around for a used one. They're not terribly hard to find used, and they go for half to a third of the new price secondhand.
What about a king arms or a KWA LM4? Any clue on those? I'll look for a G&P WOC as well but I was just curious.
Think of the King Arms as a shittier version of the WOC
Think of the King Arms as a shittier version of the WOC
And the LM4? ( I'm assuming overpriced since Kay DubbleU Ayyy )
And the LM4? ( I'm assuming overpriced since Kay DubbleU Ayyy )
Wulf is our resident LM4 owner, so he should be able to answer some questions. I'm the local WE lover. I have a WE M4, so any questions on that i can try to answer.
Wulf is our resident LM4 owner, so he should be able to answer some questions. I'm the local WE lover. I have a WE M4, so any questions on that i can try to answer.
How are the WE's out of the box and what rails and what not are available for them?
How are the WE's out of the box and what rails and what not are available for them?
WE's are great. NPAS definitely required. Mine was doing 485 before that. Kicks nice, very large amount of replacement/aftermarket parts. Very affordable, the gun and the mags. Mags don't seem to have any tendencies to leak. Gas efficient is good enough, I would avoid mag dumping mags in succession.
Sounds pretty nice, I'm just tired of AEG's. I like the mag limits and kick of the guns.
I finally got to that point, and ended up with a WE M4, KWA MP7, and WE G19. Absolutely zero electric guns.
And the LM4? ( I'm assuming overpriced since Kay DubbleU Ayyy )
LM4 is has great cooldown resistance and pretty good gas consumption, as well pretty good functioning mags, BUT the mags are hella heavy and the hopup is pretty bad out of the box. After you get replacement parts for the Hopup, its really good. Another thing worth mentioning is that there are some things that they changed to appease the ATF, so dont expect a lot of part compatibility. Stocks, handguards and grips are all fine, but a lot of internal stuff is off spec. Also, the upper is 3 pieces for whatever reason, but I havent had any issues with that. Basically, apart from the weight of the mags and the hopup, its a really solid and great functioning GBBR.
I want a GBBR M4 so I can develop muscle memory for my real AR, but I'm conflicted as to which brand to get. I've always like the WA/G&P system, but my friend has a WE tech so mag n parts sharing and all that shit
Would anybody recommend G&G's gbb versions of the combat machines? My first AEG was a cm and now I want to try gas rifles, but I am a bit budget restricted.
What about a king arms or a KWA LM4? Any clue on those? I'll look for a G&P WOC as well but I was just curious.
Yep Apoc is right do not get the King Arms. The WA/G&P mags already have a slight problem with developing leaks (although my leaks seem to come and go) and the King Arms (mags at least) pretty much leak all day every day. [editline]7th July 2014[/editline] Can someone feel me what the hell is going on with this AK mag? It's less curved than a normal 7.62 but more curved than a 5.45 or a 5.56. Anyone know what it is? [editline]7th July 2014[/editline] Well it looks less curved. Maybe it's not... [editline]7th July 2014[/editline] nah never mind that's just normal curve I'm dumb
Do you guys think it is possible to turn an airsoft G3 into something like this ? I've seen people with the standard G3 handguards fitting their battery in there but would it be possible to fit one in one of those wooden CETME handguards ?

You'd have to have an incredibly narrow battery to fit in the space in between the handguard and barrel, I don't know of a battery that thin.

If it was possible, either Floater or I would have done it already.
Bummer, but with one of these you can wire it without using one of those right ? I saw a g3 in the post your gun thread here with the standard grip, sliding stock and without a external battery box.
Unfortunately not, frontwiring a G3 requires a rail/battery box. I'm sure there's a lot of people who are appalled by that idea but it's never bothered me.

I've got lipos i'm sure will fit in that kind of handguard with a frontwired gun, but you couldn't have a sliding stock and the slimmer, older handguard. The slimmer handguard is pretty much touching the barrel at all points, you can't fit anything in there.
Thanks for the info all! A standard G3 with sliding stock already looks great so not having the wooden one is fine and an added bonus is a nice bipod on the front. Was thinking of getting an mp40 as my first airsoft weapon but I'm starting to lean more towards the G3.
So this guy posted on a local airsoft FB group about an SRC HK416, with 2 mags and a red dot, for only $180. I'm a bit skeptical because it is listed as being more expensive by at least a factor of 2 on most places I look. I asked him how it worked and he invited me to inspect it and try it out. This seems like a good deal, but how do I make sure I don't get fucked? Also is SRC any good? [t]http://i.imgur.com/ClHPpMd.jpg[/t] Pic related, it is the gun.
I tried finding the WOC but they're sold out everywhere.
Honestly importing a very basic model from WGC is not a bad idea. Even with tax the price would be comparable to what you'd pay over there, I feel.
the very basic model is pot metal/alum and you'd soon be paying out the ass for quality steel parts tho
are g&g rk103's lct rebrands? I know the akms are but not sure about the rk-103's
