well he doesnt really know about airsoft guns it seem. either way if you could find someone to install an rhop even into a stock 6.03 you would be better off with your range than you would now. just remember that you will want to shoot heavier bbs.
okay well will range improve using .30 after i install the r-hop because my dad argues that just using the .30s will improve range anyways. He's still being stubborn on letting me replace the inner barrel though
well if your dad doesnt know anything then I guess I win that argument. good talk.
also I gave my reason for recommending .28s over .30 earlier.
Biovals aren't what they used to be. They're not nearly as good.
just had the quote from Postal in my head: "what is the difference between a duck."
even if they arent as good as they used to be. having used them and elite force recently I think they're nice. better than plenty of shit bbs out there. they're not the best bb but I havent had issues with any other than elite force not liking my Ctws and chopping bbs through the barrel.
Echo None manufactures just about none of their guns. Their guns come with shitty 6.08+ brass barrels which will shoot out after some time, which is why a stainless or aluminum tight bore is most recommended.
Barrels are easy to swap, and anyone can do it. If you can't swap an inner barrel on your own.... I don't know how you're reading this. The only things you can POSSIBLY break are your hop up unit ($10 OEM ones), or your air nozzle ($8 for performance double o-ring nozzles). The easiest way to mess up installing a barrel is ripping your bucking (free-$10).
Allright thank you then i will show him your post and that should convince him

-snip nvm-
the .30s will improve your accuracy in some areas but if your hopup is garbage or something is wrong with your gearbox then shooting a heavier bb will only decrease range, you'll still get the accuracy improvement somewhat.

well accuracy is my second priority i was mainly asking about range :v:

edited it anyway. dont need parents getting mad at the internet.
if you shoot a heavier bb you'll get to a point where the weight will be too much and you'll be dropping shots shorter and shorter (its more complicated than that but Im pretty inebriated right now). I've got a .43 I can throw in my ctw with an m90 spring that I hit 270 ft with regularly and probably only hit in the area of 190 with the .43. and since you're using an aeg and not a gas or HPA gun you have a fixed volume of air. so really all you can do aside from compression improvement which doesnt seem to be an issue, would be to improve the hopup and barrel as long as you're getting the FPS you want. jamming a new spring in the gun shouldnt be the first answer to getting more range unless you know your spring is way under what the field rating is or you know its broken.

But seriously though thank you a ton for your help ive learned a lot through your posts

btw should i buy one of these all i know is that youre not a kewl kid at my field until you own one http://www.torontoairsoft.com/KJW-Cybergun-Taurus-PT92-Premium_p_2205.html
My KJW M9s both sucked major ass.
I know plenty of people on here will disagree, but I have owned two and both broke in multiple places after under 500 rounds.
had a KJW glock and it was trash
only thing KJW I know people like are the GBBRs and with their stangs coming out I might get one.
Ok thanks to your guys convincing my dads on board to now let me get buy a new inner barrel (no seriously thanks) hes also wondering what type of barrel he should get for his echo none ak700 (455mm inner barrel) he wandered over to echo nones website and started browsing through "reccomended accesories" and i had to explain to him that was a no-no
I wouldnt get anything over 400mm really, everyone will argue a length but Ive always put 363 or whatever length in all my rifles. the madbulls are fine for $30. there's a length that once you get past it you'll be hurting your range more than helping because fixed air volume.
so anyways after adding up how to gether how much its going to be for some bbs plate carrier, camo, smart charger, bipod foregrip, m4 pouches, dump pouches, its all going to be about $600 so ill need to save up for about 2 years... am i doing something wrong here? :I
probably. I set someone up for around 300 with the pouches they need. a gun, mags and such.

Living in murikaland close to a surplus store must be nice :I
it was actually stuff from evike.
Living in murikaland close to a surplus store must be nice :I
Protip: You can buy online from international retailers and ebay is the best surplus store.
And also, never buy condor and the like. There is generally always a real product that will do the same job at a lower price, and look better too.

We can't really tell you what you're doing wrong unless you tell us which shit you chose that somehow totaled up to $600.
TMC makes decent JPCs, my friend has their 6094 and its also good.
Try to get flyye gear if u can, if not get TMC but baby it.
or surplus.
And I just noticed why are you buying a bipod and foregrip? One or the other, get a grippod if you really need both. Having both on your gun makes you look like a scrub
no need for a bipod on an XCR. its not a support weapon and its not a leet snipur.

i said a bipod foregrip though.... i didnt say a bipod AND a foregrip

Why do you need a grippod? I've always found them unnecessary and cumbersome.
Also, I'd get a G&G Green or Prometheus Purple bucking instead of some weird bucking. unless you're R-Hopping and that's the bucking whoever is doing it for you told you to get.
