What's up with the guy that has all of the patches not returning my messages? I've PM'd him twice and VM'd him once iirc. Like, I just want to give him money.

[IMG]http://www.shootercbgear.com/images/DSCN8783.JPG[/IMG] Honestly I'm only getting them for ear protection from bbs/looks (mostly looks) so function doesnt matter to me. Both headsets are $58 and are made by Ztactical who make good repros of tactical gadgets. I'm just looking for an opinion on the looks. I like the Comtacs but I'm not sure I dig the little "humps" at the bottom of both ear cups as I would rock these w/o a helmet. Sordins are awesome but I'm not sure theyd go with my multicam loadout or look too plain. Help me facepunch.

Either would work just fine. I personally run a pair of fake Comtac IIs right now. Don't think anyone really complains about the looks of Sordins, though.

I have repro comtacs and I like them. I dont min the ridges at the bottom. considering a Combat Machine is only maybe $50 more and will preform infinitely better and last ages longer than the WELL one will, go with a Combat Machine.

What is a good way to turn full finger Mechanix gloves into fingerless? When I bought them when they were on sale at Ultimate Airsoft they were a tad too big(local field, some IFAPers go there; including myself personally).

I just snipped my fingers off at work with side cutters, and took a lighter to them to melt it a tiny bit They've held up really well, no fraying or anything yet, and they've been put through a lot

Yup, I just cut mine with scissors and then seared the edges for a minute with a lighter and they haven't come apart after about 20 hours of play in them.

I think the only M1014 is a Tri-Shot springer, right? And they're a ton of fun for CQB if you don't mind using upper body strength.

I'll be taking it apart and I only need the externals so springer or not doesnt matter to me. and I think there are maybe 3 companies that make them.
