100%. It's just up to you to read carefully. Make sure to look for confirmation that what you're looking for is the real thing and not "like" it or a repro. Sellers will often title items as "LBT" or "Crye" when in the description in small text you will notice it's actually a repro. Look to see if the items are being shipped from Hong Kong, as usually (but not always) that is indicative of a repro item.
If you buy something and it's defective or the seller did for sure say it is one brand and it is another, eBay will always force a refund for you.

So for example I just recently spotted some DPM in desert colors, it says it's from the UK so I can trust it then? Btw thanks for the help
Also, as far as Rothco and Propper go, the others who said they're "retail" effectively are saying that they're commercial stuff. 99% of surplus stores have about a 50% commercial inventory - meaning half the stuff they sell is civilian made, for civilians and not mil-spec. Typically, if it has a tag with a brand on it, it's not surplus. Look for old used shit with just price stickers on it at the surplus store, that's the real stuff.

FUck that was supposed to merge.
To answer your question, you most likely can, since the UK is flooded with DPM shit, but check in the description for a brand. If it's something like Rothco, Condor, Propper, etc. it may or may not be commercial.

If you have the link I can make sure for you.
Don't forget that Propper and Rothco too IIIRC make actual military gear for gov't contracts. My FROG set for example is made by Propper. New with tags as well, but as the price of $18 for the shirt and $20 for the pants would suggest, definitely genuine surplus.

Also yes Rothco and Propper are generally shit quality. I've owned a few Propper things and they were eh, but the few Rothco things I've owned were utter shit.

Oh shit really? I didn't know that. I'll edit my post because shit I was wrong.
Also, the best way to identify a piece of gear as real or fake is to look for a tag with an NSN# on it. I haven't seen a lot of repro gear with that.
Lgtkit sells some DPM stuff and all his shit is real.

Cold wash, hang dry :v:
Thanks again :P
Found an M240B, by a company called Jing Gong, can't find any reviews of it anywhere.
JG any good as a company?
It looks menacing as fuck and weighs a billion pounds. I LOVE IT.

If you haven't bought it already, would a 180/104 sized shirt fit you? I've was given a desert DPM combat shirt that I was given but never really worn it. Its the real deal proper british army kit.
If you want it I could send it to you at FP bro price.
JG made an M240B? Didn't even know.
JG = Jing Gong. Chinese company with meh-to-bad reputation, basically the only good thing they have is their G36 line.
it's NOT JG, it's the OEM of the E1 240B
disregard kapitalishit get pkm be cool guy
How have you been in the 393 this log and not heard of JG by now? It's one of he biggest entry level airsoft companies. Now I don't know anything about their M240 but their stuff is ok, their newer guns are getting a lot better and not to mention the ubiquitous JG G36 and JG Blue motor.

Which do you guys think is better JG MP5A4 or that M4 Viper at Walmart? I'm just looking for a cheap back up just in case any of my other guns break
If I grab a A&K PKM plus sling and some other stuff I'll have £90 left. Anyone got any idea of a decent sidearm + a few mags I can get at that price?
Cyma has some AEPs so does Tokyo Marui. Well does too and the Well R4 is a pretty good AEP, the JG Scorpion isn't bad either. Well also carry ones like the UZI, and some others too
How long is the usual shipping time for SovietArmyStuff?
...why are you recommending aeps
holt where are you ordering from

I've always hated AEPs. Exception being the Marui MP7 AEP because it's different from a pistol.
I heard someone at my field today say that crye is bad because it fades too quickly or something is this true?

Seeing as they're based in the Ukraine (I think) which is practically Russia, I'd allow 3-4 weeks.

the military lol
[QUOTE=the_killer24;45720050]...why are you recommending aeps

The reason is, because it's annoying to always buy green gas or c02 canisters and eventually the cost racks up, also electric guns are usually unaffected by the weather and gas guns barely work in the winter.
@ DigitalRicky and any other IFAPers that have them: How you like your E&L AK? Thinking about picking one up if I can sell this Marui RecoilShock cause my inner Russophile hates not having an AK.
not people in the military but rather the military as an organization because everyone knows the government likes burning money

lol
i'd rather have something that's well built and fun to fire and pay $5 for a 2pack of propane every once in a while than an underpowered piece of shit plastic plinker that may be horribly proportioned (cyma 226 im looking at you)
