These are questions you need to be asking Fox directly, because not every store has the same exact policies. I've never had to pay extra to special order a gun, but that doesn't mean that some other store doesn't charge a fee for it. Call them up and ask.

I've ordered from them, but not a custom-order. Got my LCT AK-74M from them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again, their prices are fair and they've got good turnaround time on orders.

OK GUYS PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE... I took my gun outside (echo-1 Xcr-c polymer) to test fire it and fire off about maybe 16 shots or so on semi then turned it onto full auto and fired afew bbs out and then after taking my finger off the trigger i notice it was still firing for another second or so and taking a look at the trigger i notice its stuck but not quite all the way i pull it a few times and it fires so i push on the trigger a little bit while im carrying it in without noticing the trigger popped back into place i pull the trigger and... nothing Its not responding as if though the battery is out i know that it didnt run out of battery because it was fully charged when i took it out and i was only out for 2 minutes. The gun is acting as if though it has no battery in it the trigger is back in place but the gun wont respond at all even after fully recharging the battery! I have an airsoft game i'm supposed to go to in 4 days, I've only had the gun for a month and It took me 9 months to save up for this thing HELP!
