about 1mm each, I'd say about 3mm total the way they're shrink wrapped.

It's been years since I had an AR-based AEG, but I wouldn't say it'd be too hard. If the wires are too thick a few minutes with a Dremel should fix the issue.
Could someone explain, in detail, how a lever-action rifle works? I need to make a 40mm lever action pronto, because reasons and cowboys.
Of all the actions you could build for a 40mm grenade launcher like that, a lever-action seems to be one of the most complicated choices. I can see the appeal, it just seems complicated.
I'd like to see a bolt-action 40mm launcher just because.
This diagram tells it all. It's not that complex of a mechanism, but I think it'd be pretty damn hard to fabricate one from scratch. I'd just do a single shot if I were you.

you guys think that http://www.evike.com/products/30188/ would last a little while and would be fun to use in cqb? I'm just looking for a decent trishot shotgun right now.
Those stocks are utter shit. Be ready to drill a hole and bolt it or at least hose tie it. I'd honestly go for one with a different stock if I could do it again.
how about this identical one with the fixed stock?

That one's a little better. All of the tri-shots are going to have wobbly stocks, but the M1014 style one is particularly bad. You should have better luck with the one you linked.
I'm buying some multicam accessories for my vest.
They come in two versions though. A 1000D Cordura Crye precision version, or just "Multicam". Is it worth paying the 50 quid extra for Crye or should I just go for the MC one? It's from PANTAC if it matters.
That sounds very expensive for 1000d chinese made stuff. You might be able to find high end alternatives in something that isn't 1000d for much cheaper.
Honestly if those are your only options get the Crye.
If I downgrade the spring in my Combat Machine from the stock spring (M100?) down to an M90, will I have to do anything to the gearbox or would that not matter because it's a weaker spring?
If it's the stock shit tier motor it should be fine, otherwise you might run into premature engagement problems

What if in the future I plan on picking up a High-Torque motor for better trigger response? I only use Semi, so I don't care about RoF
are you downgrading the spring for lower fps, faster rof, or both?
are you downgrading the spring for lower fps, faster rof, or both?
Lower FPS. idgaf about RoF. I only ever use Semi Auto anyway.
Keep the original spring and short stroke your shit. lower fps, higher rof, no PE

I, personally avoid 1000d gear like the plague. I wanted a Flyye Yote in RG more than anything else, and actually found one in my price range, but I refused to buy it since it's 1000d.
It all comes down to preference, like most gear, but 1000d stuff is very rigid and has a very coarse weave to the fabric. It is similar to canvas in look, and is going to feel very similar to your standard 1 inch webbing.
If you don't play a lot, 1000d denier stuff is probably going to look brand new and shiny for the entirety of its lifespan. It's heavier and it doesn't make it any more durable for the purpose of pouches. The fabric is, in theory, more abrasion-resistant and tear resistant, but the chances of you actually ruining a pouch are pretty much none. The quality of the thread that holds it together as well as the overall stitch quality and how accurate the product was made to the pattern determines the quality. For reference, Crye stuff is all under 550d if I remember correctly.
That stuff you're looking at isn't worth 50 pounds more AT ALL unless it's an entire set, in which case it's most likely chinashit, and you can get some neat MTP surplus stuff for cheaper. Pantac is respectable quality, but they're just like Flyye and old Phantom gear in the sense that their motto is "HIGHER DENIER = HIGHER QUALITY, OBVIOUSLY."
Cheers bro

Anyone know what this cable is? The PKM box mag uses the same battery as the gun and would like to keep them separate.
The battery connects to the gearbox and from the gearbox this cable connects to the box mag.
in addition to linking the gun battery to the magazine it also facilitates the wind while fire
why do you want to separate the battery, i've had zero problems with the system on both my 60 and PKM
Sorry should've clarified. I'm planning on SMPing it in the future.
Better place to ask, a guy I know is selling a KWA MK23 with holster, propane adapter, thread adapter, gas and bb's all together for $100. Worth it?

it's like this basically

Thanks killer. I guess its not as straight forward as I had thought.
I'll just save me the money and upgrade the gearbox.
Maybe i'll throw money at one when LCT makes a PKP and Tony makes a Daytona kit for it ;)
How do I order from profarmy everything is Russian help
How do I order from profarmy everything is Russian help
I can't believe that you of all people are unable to do this.
But seriously, send them an email, they speak English (or at least know how to use a translator).
if you use the cart to order don't use google translate on the actual cart page or it breaks the quantity selectors
For all you current and former Stoner 63 owners, I'm having problems with the box mag. When I use the push button it works just fine, but it's no longer doing the "wind while shooting" thing. I took the box mag apart and damn this thing is actually pretty complicated. Any help?
