Excuse my ignorance with AEGs. Would a stock gearbox (LCT) be fine with an 11.1v lipo but just in semi only?

You'll probably have to work on them eventually but I'd imagine that for the most part you have nothing to worry about.

They've been around for a while and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them if you can't find a good price in the US. Hopefully you're not planning on using it too seriously, those things are fragile as hell.

Thanks, the reason I want is if I ever was to make a counter-terrorist loadout then it'd be more fitting. Since you said it's fragile, I'm guessing it won't survive a fall or getting shot at?

You're much better off just buying a real PASGT or staying away from the model entirely. There's not a whole lot of repros that are less expensive than the real thing and made of plastic stronger than you'd find in a Solo cup. The real ones retail around $50, but I wouldn't recommend wearing one for play, they're heavy as all kinds of fuck and your neck will hurt after wearing one for about an hour. Especially if you get a real steel face shield as well. On that note, I also wouldn't recommend a face shield, since most fields in the US require full seal eye pro and they are nowhere close to that. Not to mention the hell of fog problems you'll be in with a big piece of glass over your face.

As an owner of a us helmet with a us faceshield, I can tell you they don't fog very bad. Only a little bit just below your line of sight. Also, I would recommend buying the helmet and the visor separate. Visors can behad for about $20 shipped on eBay.
