I asked him, but he's really busy and probably won't be able to get to me soon. I'll search around Devtsix and see if I can find some info since you need an account to browse that site. I vaguely recall seeing something about the sizing of emersons on that site.

thank you so much man, it means a lot.
I'm 6', 34" waist, and FFI medium fits me well in the waist and in length.

Based on what I've seen from what people we're saying about allwins and assuming emersons are the same, go with Large.
[editline]23rd October 2014[/editline]
Also keep in mind that Emerson G3's DO NOT have stretch material athe the knees.
[editline]23rd October 2014[/editline]
And learn to sew because you might be fixing broken stitching after a while.

on airsoftdepot's page, it says that ALLWIN combats are american sizes, and on shootercbgear, it says emerson is in asian sizes. Is there a simple conversion? or should i get XL emersons or something. I don't want to get the wrong size and have to resell them.
Unless ALLWIN changed their sizes, it's still asian sizing. And the reviews I was reading we're based on asian sizing.
Would a KJW M9 be a good beginner GBB? I read some reviews on it and the slide is apparently made out of abs plastic instead of metal, just need one that'll last a long time
what about JK Unique? Anyone heard of this brand? I'm just asking because they have a full gen3 set on sale right now

i really wish that they gave inseam measurements though
Aye so is the Cybergun 1911 any good?

Been considering going akimbo, in which case I'd buy maybe two 1911's. And this seems like a good choice.

Pick one :v:
Pick one :v:
yshushushushhhh it's for the fun and novelty factor, just like dan wessons are super impractical as well but a blast to play with
[editline]24th October 2014[/editline]
basically is the Cybergun 1911 good in general, because it'd be kind of an advantage to have one good gun anyway and then I can either go akimbo or just use one and still be fine :v:

nonsense, they can be turned into mini shotguns
they are also way easier to use inside of a vehicle because they dont have a reciprocating slide to get caught on the edges of a firing port
akimbo pistols on the other hand are just impossible to aim and reload easily, you'd be better served by a full auto pistol if you wanted volume of fire

Cybergun doesnt actually make guns, is the thing. They just rebrand guns, so the question is more about the quality of the original.
Generally I try to avoid anything by cybergun because they have REALLY REALLY awful business practices

Well like I said, not really going for practicality, just mostly for the fun factor of running and gunning with two pistols. Pistol-rounds are amazing fun the few times I've tried it.
But cool, then I know. Adding them to my shitlist. Gonna look for another alternative. KWC seems like a good idea, GREN has that one iirc and it's amazing

Mostly liked the look of the Cybergun one because it came with a supressor. :v:

I have a we m9 samurais edge and it's a great little pistol for the price, absolutely no issues.

Correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I can tell I'm literally the only airsofter to have actually implemented this idea, and that seems a little ridiculous considering the enormous potential of the idea. I have to wonder if there'd be a market for producing and selling more of them.
By the way, have you actually used that thing while tanking?

I got one in a mystery box and while it worked fine for CQB, I could never get the hop to work properly. It was extremely inconsistent and often resulted in shots going to the moon or not hopping at all.

I put a bit of foam between the nub and the hop up wrapped in teflon tape and never had a problem shooting to 130 feet.
I found some M9s all KJW but not sure which one to get, any help?

They all appear to be basically the same, just get whichever style you like most.
I personally didn't like the Vertec (straight grip) style as much as I thought I would, though.
Sister's friend is looking for an LBT 6094A
where is best place to get one of good enough quality
Budget?
[editline]29th October 2014[/editline]
http://www.toysoldier.com.hk/product_details.php?pid=724
Out of stock, but if you contact Kevin Toysoldier on FB, he should be able to get one made for you.
Maybe a bit less expensive than that if possible lol
TMC will be cheaper($60ish IIRC). While it isn't horrible, I'd recommend spending the extra cash on the toy soldier
Tmc 6094 shape is sooooo fucking wrong though. And it's tmc so it blows.
lbx
Any other options? Something easy to procure preferably, not out of stock or anything
So my grandpa said he would let me pick a pistol for christmas for no more than $200 can you guys help me out on picking one at these sites? http://www.torontoairsoft.com/Pistols-GBBP_c_169.html

Get a KJW M9 or Hi-cappa, avoid cheap 1911s and WE pistols
Get a KJW M9 or Hi-cappa, avoid cheap 1911s and WE pistols
Telling him to avoid WE pistols as a whole is pretty stupid, they have a decent selection of shit that isn't their old M9 or their 1911. Not to mention I have a WE hicapa that's mostly stock and it's fantastic. I ran it as my primary for a very long time.
WE is great.
It's weird, one time someone here said WE makes nice budget pistols, I posted that as a response to someone else asking about what pistol to get then it gets flagged down with Disagrees. Then going off what everyone else said, I assumed WE makes bad products but after I posted this comment people say WE is good. Opinions here sure are conflicting
