Dboys internals are shoddy, and quite disappointing, but their externals are generally okay to good quality. ICS has no consistency in their quality. Many here joke about ICS standing for It Can Suck. Because it can. Or it might not.
So pretty much don't buy it & first try it? But beside the G&G combat Machine are there any further decent ar15's under the 200(euro/dollar)? Preferable from metal.

G&G is completely TM compatible.
G&G is completely TM compatible.
Ah ok then thanks it was just a local store who said that so ..yeah
should I get an M4 adapter and emags for my G36 or the G36 Pmags? how well do they work?
if it's a PMAG made by PTS, expect your dreams coming true.
the quality of Dboys gearboxes though, is very good. they take M120s well. the gears are really noisy though.
My Scar-L was fine, but from everything i've heard from everyone else the gearboxes are shoddy.
i meant the gearbox shell lol not the overall mechbox oh hell no
Not speaking from personal experience, but their internals are supposedly China quality. [editline]16th May 2013[/editline] Does anyone know which brand this USP Match is and if it's a good gun? My first guess was KWA, but then I saw the Umarex and realized all brands look similar if they're the same model. I probably just don't know how to identify them though.
KWA USP Match, I was going to get one but it's got it's own special mags that aren't cheap here in Canadia and it shoots too hot for a sidearm at my fields [editline]16th May 2013[/editline] AFAIK from google searches Umarex doesn't make guns (I guess they rebrand guns)
you can use normal kwa usp mags if you remove the ~tacticool competition ez-load magwell~
is there any WE gbb pistol worth getting? I had experience with the m9 and absolutely hated it.
their m9 is literally their worst pistol. Most of their new pistols like the Glocks, XDm and PX4 are much much better
the m9 literally just broke on me within a month. I was looking into their g17, have any experience with it or know any positives to the gun
glocks xdm px4 m&p sigs all solid guns
alright, and the only g17 that is 1:1 is the ksc right?
alright, and the only g17 that is 1:1 is the ksc right?
stark arms is 1:1 scale according to stark arms
the frame on the WE g17 is slightly fatter than real steel.
If I get a WE Glock 34 (35) from Redwolf, what are the chances something goes horribly wrong?
the frame on the WE g17 is slightly fatter than real steel.
This simply means that when buying holsters, you buy one for a bigger glock. The serpa i bought for my WE G17 was for a G20/21 I believe. Ask stabbytheghost for confirmation, he has it now.

[sp]my TM fits in a G17 serpa perfectly fine[/sp] If I were going to buy a Glock that wasn't a TM, my first choice would be Stark Arms/VFC. They're completely 1:1 scale, completely TM compatible as far as magazines and internals, and they take RS Glock sights and goodies like that
Could I get some general advice for maintenance of my first GBB? (besides lubing slide/moving bits, magtop & cleaning)

Well the joy of them also being TM compatible is that you can throw a PGC or Prime kit on there if you want nice trades c:
Bought a clockwise threaded flash hider for a counter-clockwise threaded gun. Any tips before I crossdrill and epoxy it on?

will someone sell me a decent gun for $100?
I doubt you'll get a 'decent' gun for that price - but you could always ask around, I guess.
