I traded a backpack (some random tan tactical hydro pack with no bladder) for this spring sniper rifle thing, and it's got the mag way in front of the furniture hidden in the stock like most have. I am wondering if the mags for those are universal or? How can I even ID the mfg?
Pics? Or you can browse a website's sniper rifle mags and see which one looks most like yours
6.01 barrel for my lm4 y/n?
nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
fair enough.
I almost bought a 6.01 tightbore for my combat machine, but then I realized that anything but the world's most perfect BB's from the gods will jam the fucker. 6.03, best size.
I need KWC UZI information. I know it is fun to shoot but does anybody know what kind of range it gets?
whats the best chrono that isnt terribly expensive? [editline]14th April 2013[/editline] ive heard good things about http://www.acmgear.com/dragon-shooting-chronograph-e9800-plus-p-2102.html
How do I attach my IIFS buttpack to my ELBV vest? [editline]14th April 2013[/editline] What is the cheapest place to get WE 1911 singlestack magazines in the US?
run the straps on the back through the d rings on the back panel
So I've been thinking of slapping some optics on my soon-to-arrive M16A3, and I was wondering what you guys would suggest for optics. Was thinking of a red dot tube-style sight around 30mm~40mm with around 2x magnification because I'm terrible at using iron sights and spotting targets.
WE 1911 mags are $20 on evike

Magnified scopes are a bigger gamble, as you have to worry about parallax and eye relief. With a red dot like that I can use my sights as a backup even if the center of the optic is higher than the sights, yet no matter where the reticule is the dot will hits its target. No matter if the dot is in the center or at iron-sight level.

I'm not a huge fan of EOtechs and the one you linked needs the worst of all batteries, a watch battery. [editline]14th April 2013[/editline] Thought about getting an ACOG knock off, but I did my research and saw that eye relief sucks at 4x
I too, would like a 2x scope but have had no luck finding them. Though mine simply because I'd like that extra bit of zoom that a red dot doesn't have for a DMR, as I don't have the problem of sighting hostiles. I'm actually a special kind of colour deficient that allows me to see camouflaged figures easier, which explains why, through my entire life, I have never thought camouflage actually worked and it was just a fancy placebo added to uniforms. The things you learn at MEPS.. That and my apparent abnormally high ASVAB scores (they almost made me retest) are the only reasons they let me into the Army while being about 4.5 kg underweight.
I had a 2x magnifier on a aimpoint once Honestly, it's not very different from normal vision. I'd rather just shell out cash for something that's 3.5x-4x magnification
Guess that solves a lot of effort. I'll just buy a replica acog then.
Is there a reliable SpectreDR with working 1x-4x?

I want to record my exploits on the battlefield. What cameras do you guyses recommend? I don't wear a helmet, so no helmet mounting.
I want to record my exploits on the battlefield. What cameras do you guyses recommend? I don't wear a helmet, so no helmet mounting.
tape a gopro to your forehead
All jokes aside I believe GoPro to have better image quality (nicest GoPro vs nicest Contour anyway), and they have a readily available head-mount system to stick one pretty solidly to your forehead.
Price rate for these?
Depends which one. There's the Gopro hero 1 2 and 3, and several versions of each. You can find basic 1s for around 100, basic 2s for around 180, and the 3s go from 200 and up to 499
i always argue with people in airsoft facebook groups over which camera is better, the $400 contour or the $400 gopro obviously the gopro crushes the contour for actually video and image specs and everything
Duct-tape an old VHS camcorder from the 80's onto your helmet. Hi-speed lo-drag.
The only upside to the contour is that out of the box they generally have a lot less fisheye, but there's tons of software to correct it for the GoPro. I also recall the contours audio being a little less annoying and tinny, but that's generally due to the GoPros waterproof casing.

Atleast gen 1 and 2 does, gen 3 is much much better.
Is there a reliable SpectreDR with working 1x-4x?
That doesn't cost more than buying a brand new gun?
a real one it costs less than buying a brand new shoei mg42 okay
