My friend is trading me his MP9+2 mags+pantac holster+triple mag pouch. What other stuff should I get besides a Dangerwerx flute valve? Should I get a one-point sling as well?
yes
used marui mp5a4 with highcap for $140 shipped. y/n?
yeh
I feel like my head is lacking in gear and wish to purchase a helmet. Similar to the ones worn by Delta Force operators in Blackhawk Down. Any recommendations?
yes
What sling would you recommend?
What sling would you recommend?
I just use USGI carry straps lol
I just use USGI carry straps lol
For my Khyber AK I used a ripped up T-Shirt from the old Monster Garage show, another one I used a piece of rope from a ski-tow, and then I found a real original Russian AK sling in the wrapping that I cherish C:
The We scar is amazing, though it suffers the same roller pin that broke in your G36. If you have any questions about it you can shoot me a pm.
I'm thinking of just ordering a handful to have as spares.
I've noticed the Hop Up adjustment dial on my Hi Capa returns to a lower position after use, anyway to fix this?
is there a screw that holds the wheel against the hop up unit? [editline]22nd May 2013[/editline] you could also cake the wheel with like gearbox grease so it doesnt move. I know this works on AEGs
what holster should i get for a ksc g17 im going to be receiving soon?
kydex holsters are pretty good, i personally dont like serpas but if you dont mind the locking mechanism they're not bad.
most likely going to get a serpa
you could also cake the wheel with like gearbox grease so it doesnt move. I know this works on AEGs
This sounds like a really really bad idea for a GBB.
This sounds like a really really bad idea for a GBB.
:v: obviously dont literally cake it with grease just maybe put a bit around and on top of it so it doesnt spin by its self.
This sounds like a really really bad idea for a GBB.
It's cool, I don't have any AEG grease and I've found that the adjustment wheel tends to stay in place better on a higher setting, so I adjusted my hop up a little higher than what it normally is and it seems to be holding up okay. Edit: And there was no screw inside to tighten, the hop up system is pretty shitty.
anyone know the measurements of the battery compartment on a full stock mp5?
anyone know the measurements of the battery compartment on a full stock mp5?
no, but I can tell you it fits this battery with plenty of room to spare

So I'm looking at various P226s for the future when I am actually able to buy one, what manufacture should I go for for the best quality and closest (if not exact) scale? So far I've spotted KJ Works, Tokyo Marui, KSC and KWA, with Marui having the most (and best, by that extent) choice I'm leaning towards putting a Marui on my "to get" list, but is that the best choice?
KJW<WE<TM i haven't heard very many good things about KWA/KSC so i would stay far away kjw mags are the worst, we and other clone mags with the large screw-on base are better, tm mags are best
so TM it is then I guess now I just need to figure out whether railed or normal is best (and then whether I should be DA COOLMAN and get one with a chrome/silver slide and black body or just get black body)

How does one remove the barrel on the RK10S? The big pin on the barrel trunnion is completely fucking stuck and I've tried hammering it with different strengths for about an hour.
you are talking about the big pin that runs through the holes at the front of the receiver, right? make sure you are punching it out from the right end as you want to punch it out so the grooved end comes out first also take off your rear sight and leaf spring i'm 75% positive there's a 2mm grub screw between the trunnion and barrel helping the barrel stay on
No the grub screw is underneath the trunnion, I can see it through the gas port. Also I am punching it from the right, it's not moving even a millimeter. [editline]24th May 2013[/editline] Okay i got the trunnion off and removed the grub screw but the damn pin is still solid as if it was welded in there.
I have a weird AK that I got from Vityaz, and the front sight's pins are completely faux, and I hammered the shit out of them until out of frustration, I smacked the back of the sight and the whole thing flew off!
