what? that doesn't make sense. i am running the only gear i have
I'm asking what kind of gear you're running because I know you're already set with guns and fatigues. If you're lacking gear, I'd recommend spending money on that.
Damn my mistake spectre dr scope and what is a known good magazine for the hk416 GBB?
oh I get it now
I'm pretty well set but I am going for a Canadian look/loadout so would it make sense to buy it for that?

If I were you, I would buy it. I like my camouflages, and I especially don't see a need for a disproportional number of guns.
^That [sp]even though im a gunwhore[/sp]
And if you're comfortable with your current gear, I don't see why you shouldn't get the clothes.
How hard is it to get good CADPAT uniforms in Canadaland ?
pretty easy to get replicas or something but the real ones cost about $30 each for used pants and $30 for the used shirt
the real ones only come in small so i think i'll get the parklands one
also i think i'll get a pair of canadian mk3 combat boots because i'm tired of using ruined cadet parade boots
you wat
I'd probably never do it, And I know it's the most impractical thing you could do to an ak74, but for some reason it just jumps at me haha.
(ps mag is wrong caliber if '74' because 74=/=47)
he may be falling into the depressingly common cod kiddie impression that ak47=long and ak74=short because ak74u for underfolding
I injured my knee pretty bad airsofting yesterday and it's swollen as hell.
So, I've been rethinking safety gear, what's the best way to go in terms of knee pads?

Can anybody tell me if this would have the standard allen key on the bottom of the end cap? I want to switch to a buffer lipo so I can get away from crane stocks.

if you have bdu pants you're willing to just slightly alter, buy some crye pads (china or real, whatever floats thy boat), and just cut out holes for them to insert in the existing knee reinforcement. (the 1st, outer layer of material on the knees)
[editline]9th August 2013[/editline]
because crye pads beat normal knee pads

and they look cool
and looking cool is half the battle

some buffer tubes get thicker about 1/2 down the tube which can block you from inserting a good bit of lipos fully. you are best off going with the madbull ace buffer tube if you want to be sure that it fits and have easy access to battery

G&Ps don't get thicker.

Price is a factor, and the G&P is half the cost, while being from the same manufacturer as my gun. I'd like to get the G&P if I can. From what I can see on other sites with G&P tubes, it should be the exact same as my crane stock one, but a full tube. Just wondering if anybody knew about this tube specifically.
How hard is it to rewire from stock-placed batteries to using a PEQ-box?
How hard is it to rewire from stock-placed batteries to using a PEQ-box?
no rewiring required afaik. open the gb and reroute the wires through the gap in the front. then through the gap under the barrel, and finally to the PEQ.

rewire only required for front to back
if you're not going to do anything like the hk416c stock i would recommend buffer tube lipo

But then I have to get a new battery, and as I don't even play that often I don't want a lipo as I don't always remember to charge my batteries :I
lipos hold their charge a lot better than nimhs do so i don't see why your last point would be an issue???
Anybody have experience with these S Thunder grenade launchers? I'm looking to get one.

They're surprisingly effective
Cost effective if anything. I'd go for one of those sawn-off M79s but they're at least four times the price.
Is there any good airsoft locations in/around the greater sacramento area, I live in Bakersfield California, and know most of the fields down here, but I never hear anything about up there.
Reason why is I'm moving up there to live with my dad for a couple of years for classes
