looks like the little roller on the hammer. look for TM hammer bits until you find that part maybe?
that's literally the exact same breakage i had

already tried jbweld, survived exactly one shot before breaking

alternatively you could buy a g17 hammer and spend countless hours filing it down with no guarantee that it would actually function

Hello, I have a problem.
I have a CYMA 0.42 AK47 (Full stock version).
When it was bought it was above fps limits. Spring was shortened, piston had some teeth filed off incorrectly which resulted in the gearbox practically exploding and half the gears to break. Teeth were filed off correctly, a fresh steel gear set was ordered (SRC Standard Ratio Steel Gear Set,) and was shimmed together correctly.
I began to get feeding problems with midcaps and high caps, it was suggest I get a new hopup and rubber. I purchased a Systema rubber and a TM AK47 hopup. Both have now been fitted correctly. I use a 8.4V 1600mAh 2/3A NiMH battery.
The problem is this:
Midcaps feed into the gun, gun operates perfectly if I fire in semi and pull the trigger maybe once every 0.5-1 second. If I attempt to fire any faster it will fire a couple of bb's then jam up in the hopup. If I fire full auto, it will fire one/two rounds then jam up.
This kind of makes it difficult to field with considering that when I first bought it I was able to fire quite effectively.
Since I don't know much about airsoft weapons in general I'm posting here to ask for help, does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?
Try a better battery. Lipos are the best, but if you're uncomfortable with that get a quality 9.6v NiMh, ideally at 1800 mAh or more.
[editline]19th August 2013[/editline]
Also, if you still have the spring that was shortened, replace it with a spring rated to your fps limits (since you appear to be in the UK, an M100 would be satisfactory)

I currently use a 8.4V 1600mAh 2/3A NiMH, which I keep two to last me all day. The manual for the gun says to use 8.4V so I stuck to it.
Any idea where I can purchase springs?

disregard the majority of advice manuals give you
[editline]19th August 2013[/editline]
really the only thing they're good for is the exploded diagram in the back that shows you how everything goes together and possibly the disassembly guide if it has one/can't find one online
[editline]19th August 2013[/editline]
especially a lot of chinese manuals given that they're badly translated engrish copies of marui manuals

Updated, after much hunting through many emails and receipts, it's a SRC Standard Ratio Steel Gear Set.
I've been wanting to get a GBBP for a while, and using a friend's M9 at a game last weekend strengthened said wanting. Now, having never owned a GBB before, would it be acceptable to get the WE G17 (or 18C for maximum magdump) slide and frame from Evike? Or should I start out with something more proven (I'm assuming KJW HiCapa because it's listed first in the megathread)?
I've heard WE glocks are pretty dang good, but if you can i'd go Marui
I've got a TM Glock 18C and holy fuck is it ever tasty

I've had two WE glocks, and have just purchased a third if thats any kind of testament.
Cool, good to know. Would I need to get anything besides
[url]http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=38091[/url] and
[url]http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=38090[/url] ?
Any special tools, parts?
i'd recommend the 17 instead of the 18 since parts are more readily available for the former
FA's cool but it wears down the gun way faster (hence why me and tai are currently sitting on broken hammers that we can't find replacements for apart from asia or a new frame), mostly useless since most ceequebees are semi-only, and the selector gets in the way of the cocking serrations
Hmm, good point; 17 it is. I take it I'll also need lubricant, will [url]http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=24183[/url] do the trick?

That will work. Just a bit where the slide contacts the frame on occasion.
o-rings
but don't get it on your bucking unless you enjoy massive inconsistency and performance loss!!!!
I do love me some performance loss
I threw these [url]http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=33981[/url] into the cart as well as a propane adapter; the friend with the M9 used a propane tank + adapter, so I'm assuming I should be good with that too.
Thanks for your help guys, I think I'll order [url=http://i.imgur.com/LW6S3um.jpg]this[/url] tomorrow morning. Woop woop c:
moon dog orings suck puckering asshole and huge waste of money
What should I get instead?
go to home depot and buy a pack of 100 micro orings for like $5 instead
[editline]19th August 2013[/editline]
Buy size -002 (3/64" ID x 9/64" OD x 3/64" CS), preferably made of Nitrile (Buna-N)
Rockin, I practically live next door to a HD. Thanks again

AI propane adapter best propane adapter all years (not a huge surprise given that they invented it)
get one, have no regrets ever
[editline]19th August 2013[/editline]
it's only $4 more than the gaytrix brand one, isn't metal (plastic is less affected by cold gas and does less damage to your fill port) and comes with a nice bottle of oil
[editline]19th August 2013[/editline]
also comes with a 134a/replacement tip in case the one molded into the adapter breaks or you suddenly obtain a large stock of WAs
Yeah I used all sorts of shit ACM ones then I got the AI and no regets, filled so many mags with it, dropped it, and stabbed Deathmog with it repeatedly and that bitch still fills
You had me at the stabby part
p-force propane adapter is gud
really disappointed with my G&G
I tested it out again today with taped mags (one layer of e-tape -- any more would completely prevent the mag from going into the well) and it still misfeeds here and there. I can't use full auto for very long until I'm going beserk on the winding wheel and start misfeeding
the only time I can completely empty a mag is when I hold the gun upside down
