NWU Type III sets are about $100 on ebay, but if you want a combat shirt (and you will because Hawaii), you'll have to get it modified. All other legit AOR2/NWU Type III shit (Cryeordies, Patagonia, FROG) is going to be very expensive and pretty hard to find. That specific brand/model doesn't exist as a replica to my knowledge, but you're really looking for a Triji RMR or Docter RDS since those are much more common, especially as replicas.

Honestly its very very strange to get used to. Target acquisition is entirely different, although if you practice with it could easily be better than iron sights. The other problem is getting a nice holster for it.
Maneuverability and balance aren't really an issue, I wouldn't be worried about it.

Mini RDS consist of two parts, the sight and the sight base. Traditionally the sight base is designed to fit on rails, but the part in question replaces the entire base and the iron sights of the glock.

I would be careful in doing your research though, as I've heard that WE Glocks use G18c style sights, which would mean that adapter wouldn't fit.
