I recently watched Toy Story 2 for the first time in many years.
I could not believe how incredibly shit the human characters looked, even though I was adamant that they looked better than that.
I guess to all of us 10 years ago it looked fantastic.

Most of the movies Pixar has made have alot of appeal to adults. They are flashy enough for the kids, and have enough humor or throwbacks to things the last generation can relate to/remember fondly, like Cars for example, aside from the fact they liked it, that movie made my grandparents nostalgia hard, which only made it better for them. They also understood some of the humor that only someone that knows a bit about that time period would get, that movie had quite a few jokes or little things in it that most young kids wouldn't understand, because it wasn't meant for them.
Let's all watch Dreamworks films about quirky talking animals :downs:
