My friend has gotten me into reading comic books recently, and I decided to have a gander at Guardians before the move came out, and fuck me it's gotten me even more hyped for it.
I just really hope they include 'The Knowhere' and Cosmo in the movie, as they are my favorite parts of the comic and seem way too awesome not to be immortalized in the movie.

I actually did read the current ones up to what they have on Marvel Unlimited, and it was pretty meh compared to the 2008 ones.
Throw some recommendations my way if you could. I'm reading Nova currently which linked somewhat to GotG.

Fraction's Hawkeye is one of the best runs I've read, and I quite liked the new Captain Marvel series, not sure about other series.
The new Ms Marvel series is apparently really good as well.
