I don't know if this is insulting or hilarious
[sp]Dexter kills Saxon with a pen he pulled out of his own arm with Quinn and Batista watching, are they that fucking dumb not to notice how methodically Dexter did it? The thrust with the pen itself, also for them Dexter was always this calm guy suddenly he kills a guy with a fucking pen he pulled out of his arm, how did they let this bullshit go past them especially with so many suspicions Dexter always had, but no better let him go freely like nothing has ever happened, he just killed a guy on camera, this fucking show, it's like everyone is dumb there and Dexter became dumb too but as he become dumb everyone else became even more dumber.[/sp]
Read if you watched last episode, otherwise don't because it will spoil and sorry for swearing, this is how disappointing this was for me.

[sp]I'm guessing they're playing it off as "he killed Deb so he deserved to die" so Dexter didn't do anything wrong[/sp]
I think the most pathetic part of the show is that its about a serial killer, and there's no plot arc where he gets caught/running from the law on a murder spree. Wouldn't that be a nobrainer to you?
I wish there were hurricanes where I live so that every once and I while I could run out into the streets and do whatever the fuck I wanted and no one would notice me
What the fuck that was horrible, even more than the previous episodes.
By the way, couldn't they just make the ending like this? It would still have sucked, but I guess a little satisfaction could have come out of that.

They could get creative with using main theme at the end (look at Breaking Bad), but if any song from previous season can go with that shitty scene and make it somehow better, then it's "Hide Your Tears"

Seriously: http://youtubedoubler.com/adVE
look guys theres literally no way any song or editing can fix this season or finale. its fucked beyond repair. it needed a rewrite starting from 4 seasons ago.
They should've ended with Harrison showing signs of him abusing animals.
Then the lumberjack turns out to be Harrison. With his own box inside his AC.

They should have called this tv show Miami Homicide PD instead of Dexter which makes more sense with all the non finished side characters and stories just left there to rot and never see the light of the day again.
Is this series going to continue, or is the ending just.. incomprehensible?
I mean if that's the ending, then Dexter left Hannah in a terrible situation where she has to tell Harrison that Deb and Dex are both dead without knowing any better, and go on about life together
--
all the while Dexter is a fucking lumberjack who either continues to kill people or not, it's kind of uncertain.

Dexter is killing trees now, the poor trees.
I...
I'm without words.
On the one hand, atleast it wasn't the leaked ending.
On the other hand, atleast that ending would have had some thought behind it, however awful that thought was.
This finale screamed of "Can we please just end this show already?" from the writers.
It sort of had an alright idea towards the end and then we got surprise lumberjacks.
My heart sank when the credits rolled.

If it really was just that the writers didn't care or wanted to end it already, I'd understand. But the writers are actually happy with what they've done.
The closer it got to the end, the more I realized how lackluster the ending would be for it to fit within the time constraints. Every few minutes the sick feeling in my stomach got stronger. I was so nauseous when it was over I literally threw up ten minutes after watching it.
I sure hope Dexter isn't dead next week! The suspense is killing me!

I still hate you for doing this. (He had them posted as images before he was banned)
Damn, that was a nasty spoiler for you then. I never saw it coming, not this way anyway.
Also how did Dex survive the boat & the storm? Or maybe this is irrelevant. (lol)
Oh well, at least the shit is over now, too bad because it could have gone to some interesting places, but not with these CSI writers.
[sp]Have to ask: How did Dex get from his boat to the shore in the middle of a hurricane?
BUCK: Hopefully it’s not a question that will be examined too closely. The show has always been a half step away from reality; it’s a hyper-reality. We established there is an emergency life raft with an outboard motor on the boat. He could have gotten in the raft and made it safely to shore.[/sp]
Ahahah oh wow.
oh my goddd they are so DUMB
thank god it's finally over
I was going to read the rest of the books after this but I just want to forget about this whole thing
You might want to skip reading any of the books as they're worse than the series.

Doesn't Dexter fight like an ancient god that posessed him or some shit
edit:
Dexter soon begins to question the dark voice that has been with him all his life, as he slowly realizes that his Dark Passenger is a true entity unto itself, possibly an offspring of the ancient god Moloch.
oh dear
. [sp]A final showdown pits an armed Dexter against Moloch, who is clutching Astor and threatening to kill her. In a stalemate, Dexter is hesitant to act until Moloch reaches for his ceremonial knife only to find it missing; and then shudders to a halt and falls over with the knife lodged squarely in his back. Cody stands behind him holding Moloch's knife, saying, "I told you I was ready."[/sp]
oh no
I was about to start watching Dexter again since I stopped after series 4 but I don't think I will now

oh god what
Finally we are free from the burden of watching this show, it was so good in the early seasons but after that I just wanted to put the writers on my own table.

And yet, we gave them a lot of money by watching it till the end.
