I mean I am probably center-right on political spectrum:
I think abortion is good, stem cells are excellent for research and cures, I support gay-rights, etc...
But I think we should only have limited health care free for everyone and the people themselves must pay if they want more to be included, I think free market is the way to go and so on

Well, I don't understand very well how health care services work
But, what I mean is that every person should have basic health care, that gives a family doctor, chosen by the service and a decent hospital to be taken care of in. The person would pay extra for something like lung cancer... Its hard to explain
