I'm not huge, nor small. But since I've started doing squat jumps and deadlifts again, I would suspect that I'll be able to put on a little more mass. But I think I've gotten to the point where my body says, dude if you wanna gain mass on your upper body, I need help from third party supplements.

who cares about the absicles bro we want to see the ~~swole~~ IMO, abs are really overrated so people trying to keep a single digit bodyfat percentage year-round is pretty god damned stupid to me. The only reason I want abs right now is because I've never seen that shit with me being 265 lbs like 1-2 years back. Once I do hit ~12% bodyfat and see my abs, they'll probably be gone within the month because I'll be bulking.

Besides, I have freak genetics in my legs, I don't even have the proper tools to train them good and yet I still have decent quads and my calves are freakish. My hamstrings and glutes are kind of lagging behind though. I'll check if I have space for a squat rack and shit, my garage is filled with stuff though so damn.
