If not, go and be the next arnie. ALso what the fuck, you're like ~3kgs lighter than me and you look bigger, fuck yo shit bro, though you are smaller.

What you say is a absolutely load of fucking bullshit, i started at 13, started working hard at 14. When you workout early you should be with your parents or a authority with experience in weightlifting. If you manage to hurt yourself it's on your trainer for not teaching you proper form. Compound lifts like deads and squats you can start at 16, even i agree with that.
