Im havin pain in my left aforearm wrist flexors, the brachialis to be more exact. I found out a cool stretch that im sure nobody does but works. Will prolly try to explain it later. Also. DO NOT DO BICEP BAR CURLS IF YOU HAVE PAIN, and be careful with all supinating movements. Curling is not a natural movemnt. If u fucked up ur forearm doin curls IT WONTget better on its own.
brachialis is not located in your forearm physically. it's in your upper arm.
clearly i'm an idiot. i wanted to write brachioradialis. but i actually meant flexor carpi ulnaris. the brachioradialis should oppose to the flexor carpi ulnaris in order to make the forearm sit in a hammer like curl position. but i guess mine was rather weak so i must've hurt my wrist flexors while curling heavy. lelelelelelel

in my experience ez-curl bars hurt my wrist a lot more than straight curls bars

My wrist itself doesn't hurt when I do barbell curls, it's more along my forearm, looks like it might be my forearm flexor.
