yehhhhhhhhh I dig the progress shitload. Also am I just strong on the OHP as opposed to my mediocre numbers on all my other lifts or people just have weak shoulders. This week for shoulder day I decided to fuck around, loaded like 140 lbs on the barbell and I could OHP a couple reps without too much trouble.

I'm ~170 @ 6' so a bit bigger than you. And yeah, I use a 5 day split for now, Monday Chest, Tuesday Back, Wednesday Shoulder/Traps, Thursday Legs/Core, Friday Arms/Forearms. Been working good for me so far, it really depends on how you can deal with it, I can keep a good intensity throughout my workouts like that because my muscles aren't shit tired since all my muscle groups are getting a full week rest. I know if I worked muscle groups twice a week, I'd feel like shit and my intensity wouldn't be as good.

I don't know if i'm correct but it's easier to look good when you start working out with minimum bodyfat not having to worry about going down in bf while keeping on the muscle you have. for example domino, that faggot doesn't even diet and he ended up like the way he is without bulking or cutting cycles. heigou dont be complaining about losing fat i eat 3.5k cals and still make pretty minimal gains compared to some of you big nigs only gained 15 lbs/7kg over a year fml and its probably like 50/50 fat and muscle
