hell i put on 5kg in 3 months of hard training, first time including heavy deadlifts and squats.
i didn't put more than 1kg in fat since all my muscles are either a bit more defined or the same. so that gives me like 3kg of lean mass. yay

1rm bench: ~280-300.
1rm squat: ~550+? Idk anymore, always changing, I can squat press 1k but my back is shit, why no deads.

Nah I'm pretty chunky myself. 5'11 250ish give or take 5.

I'm 175lbs. around ~13-14%bf, on my back/shoulders/arms/legs you can see striations very clearly when I'm just doing normal shit, but my fucking stomach looks terrible. Not sure if it's fat, or scarring.

I ain't never gonna be shredded. My genetics are terrible for lean bodybuilding but fantastic for getting big. I put on about a half-pound to a pound of actual lean muscle a month on ~1300cal/day. But I can only lose maybe 2 pounds a month even on a severe caloric deficit, and my workout program is really simple. I do maybe 45 minutes 2-3x a week.

Doing superset with 70 lbs in dumbbell press and immediately change to 38 lbs in Chest flies, 5x5 (on each)
Feels good though, but I'd like some progression in the dumbbell press.. :(

Yeah seriously, the more I lift shit, the more I want to see the numbers go up and when I'm limited by what's there as opposed to not being able to lift heavier at all, it feels like shitte.
specifically the dumbbell press as in chest press? two dumbbells being pushed in a straight line while laying on a bench? if so, it's a terrible lift. no carry over, nothing but an ego boost.

I'm not incredibly lean at the moment either, at that point where I have visible abs but that small pouch of fat right on top of the bottom two. But I just ended a pretty solid bulk, going to be leaning out over the summer.
