I was kinda fat at one point. Weighed around 215lbs but wasn't lifting so it was all flabby and shit, but I did have a decent foundation. Lost around 45lbs with the help of dat dere DNP, bulked back up to 205 and now I'm pretty joocy.

Summer has just passed so I'm thinking of putting on more weight (6' 90 kg) but I'm going to Bali in a month so I'm thinking of doing a 4 week cut first. Just want to get a little bit leaner. What do you guys think?

I weighed 65 kg about 2 years ago (same height) now I'm 90 kg. The only way I out on so much weight was to over eat all the time was to just stuff my face with pasta, chicken, rice, curries, all that good shit (Italian background with Indian-Malaysian girlfriend gives you the best food in existence). Now that I'm not putting on so much weight so fast anymore, my diet has gone out of whack and I've forgotten how to eat like a normal person. I'm not that chubs right now, but when I look at pictures I can definitely be a bit leaner. I'll maybe post a pic up soon. I'm just going to get on that green tea and cut out a lot of rice and pasta. disappointed? if you want to tell me you couldn't do anything, anything at all better during your last bulk and that it was completely out of your control, then I can see why you would be disappointed... otherwise, improve and push forward.

I blew out my rotator cuff a few months ago, so my shoulder lifts have really taken a hit. Almost everything aggravates it, especially DB shoulder press, can't do anything heavier than 40's without my cuff giving out. Saw a video from IceCreamFitness about OHP being a better lift for delts, decided to try it out again for the first time in around 4 years (I hated it back then, but I had shit tier babby delts). Holy fuck. Dat pump. Had spider veins blowing up out of my delts. No rotator cuff problems either. I'm in love.

It's extremely hard to lose any type of weight, and even on a very good cutting diet it eats muscle instead of fat almost exclusively. I eat an extremely high portion of protein in my diet (I basically live off meat, cheese, protein bars, and diet energy drinks)
Seems that skinny as hell dudes have an easier time looking swole because they're starting at low bodyfats and just eating over caloric maintenance along with noobgains ends up making them look really good really quickly. Meanwhile I've been on this shit for 2 whole years and I look skinnyfat more than anything. Oh well, can't erase ~19 years of bad habit and being fat in a mere 2 years which is why I keep going.
u wot m8? 3 years ago i was 5' 11" 225 lb no muscle all fat started making an effort to lose weight, joined high school cross country team and did hiking and shit and went down to 175lb but nearly no muscle, mostly in my legs. stayed at that range for about a year, keeping up with runs and shit come high school graduation, im at about 180lb and i get super srs with lifting. i start bulking hard eating whateverthefuck i feel like eating december 2012, i weigh 200lb with some body fat but a lot more muscle mass on me. i keep sorta bulking until feb, now i'm at 210lb. been on a steady cut since and today i weigh about 195lb looking pretty fuarkin lean. of course keeping up with lifts. i hardly saw a loss in strength. u can do it brah. i believe. if i can make it, u can make it too
yeh nigga don't worry I'm doing it Just taking some time, my entire 2 years of working out has pretty much being a permacut, went from 265 lbs to my current ~173 so I didn't really get any mass increase so I look fairly small and skinny fat right now, atleast I got stronger. Once I hit 170 lbs though I intend to bulk back up to 190 lbs, hoping to get some good muscle mass in that 20 pounds.
