looking through old posts, found this. I just turned 16, kinda feels odd man. Stats Height:6' Weight: 240lbs Bench:280 Squat:420 Powerclean: 295 40:4.8 Shot Put (12lb):47ft. ^ old post from 2011. what the hell man. I have made so little progress lol now: 18 5'11.5, 255-260 Bench:No idea,maybe 300. Bench has always been a weak point for me, didn't even improve at all my senior year, partly due to a wrist injury. Focusing on getting 330-350 this summer. Squat:probably about the same, But I'm squatting fully atg. I did 525 below parallel my junior year but it was a lowbar powerlifting style squat. Still fully legit as far as squats go tho. Lots of lower back use tho. Clean:340lbs. The extra 50+lbs was due mostly in part to better technique. Shot put:64'feet(In practice). would've ranked me third in the nation. Oh well. Again technique improvement. look about the same as I did back then too. The only excuse I had was that I only trained for maybe 2-3 month out of the year. Now i'm training full time.
