my weight has always been an enigma in my gym i am a paradox
but do u diet
yeah clean bulking right now only started taking care of my diet september last year (as in cutting junk food and soda etc.), and strictly around march this year (no rice, pasta, cereal etc.)
looks nasty as hell for 67. give recent full body pic that includes legs so i can get a perspective
Last time I posted in this thread was in September lol. Down to 93.5kg from 103kg in March 2012. Body Fat Percentage: 20% from 26% in March 2012. So far, my lifts have gone down substantially, I got sick during January and lost quite a bit of progress, so I don't really know how much I can go, but I'll be attempting these max lifts some time within the next 2 months. I feel really good with the progress that I've gotten, it's refreshing to see how I've changed since right before I started training.
2 month progress update. 200 pounds, 6'3, 17 years old, around 9-10% body fat, 225x7 bench, 255x10 squat (been neglecting legs), been lifting for 6-8 months I dunno. 225 reps have gone up to a repeteable 7 from 4-5 before. Squat has gone from 225x10 to 255x10, muscles are gaining more defintion and getting bigger which is what im aiming for. Chest has gotten a lot bigger, same for triceps but not as much. I think I need more bicep, constructive crit would be nice. Do you work your traps? They look inexistant, everything else is pretty good, maybe some work on the arms but these traps really bother me because I can barely see them in comparison to your shoulders.
The traps pretty much disappear when I flex like that, they are pretty good when I don't (I even have the sort of line that runs on the back of them. They should be, I do front and back shrugs with 225 but I have really big shoulders so it kind of dwarfs them. I'll work them a little more though, not exactly bulgy like I would want them to be.

I've been out of the gym for a long time and I'm trying to get back to my stronger self so I've been doing SS. Senioritus and Freshmen year of college made me slack off a lot. My currents stats now: Weight: 125 Age: 18 Bench: 125x5 (My old 1RM use to be 195) Squat: 215x5 (1RM Use to be 315) Deadlift: 205x5 I could probably Bench and Squat more then what I'm doing now but I'm kinda afraid to max out without having someone properly spot me. Also, for gaining weight, I just have to take in a lot of calories right? I should be taking in around like 2000 a day or something in order to start packing on weight correct?
you're 125 pounds and you can squat 215x5 and deadlift 205x5? what the actual fuck, how tall are you? when i think 125 i imagine a man who's just about as thin as a pencil
I'm 5'5. It's the black genes bro. The largest I've been was 130. I have been working out since my Junior year of high school and I'm starting my Sophomore year in the fall so I've had time to practice.

Nope. I don't use anything when I work out. My deadlifts are kinda low to since I just now started doing them this summer. I hated doing them when I first started lifting because I was stupid, I LOVE them now! I don't think my stats are all that amazing, I'm still very weak compared to the people I use to workout with. I just want to lift heavy things :v:
