My core is thick as shit. Doormode as fuck from doing MMA for a few years. Visible abs at 15 percent bodyfat but always gotta deal with that stubborn pouch when I get to lower percentages. Also, is the 1000lb club based on the big 3 (squat, bench, dead) or the big 4 (squat, bench, dead, OHP)?

After a 3 weeks break I'm planning on getting back into lifting tomorrow. I took my 1Rm's a few days ago and they are as follows: Squat 90kg Deadlift 100kg Bench 75kg Shoulder press 45kg I'm wondering should I start back up with a 5x5 training program eg: [url]http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=135564721[/url] or do a volume intensity split? My primary goal is strength, I want to get my 5rms up by atleast 5kg per week on squats/ deadlifts, 2.5kg on bench and 1.25 on OHP.
