wtf m8 too much juice dem traps compared to literally everything else
My traps have always been huge, even before I started taking lifting seriously (I wasted 2 years of college just dicking around). It actually used to be waaaaay worse. Back when I had flat delts my traps completely overpowered everything and ruined my profile completely when I wore T-shirts. [img]http://i44.tinypic.com/xkpsf5.jpg[/img]
how does one get mav traps
I got mine from 7 (nearly 8 now) years of heavy upright rows. Dunno why I love that lift so much. Gotta have the right shoulders for it though, not everyone can do the Arnold-style close-grip to the chin ones, which is what I do. Throw 135lbs or more on the bar (I typically do 155lbs for 3x8) and your traps will asplode.
All bout them shrugs bruh. 135 on the bar is all you need to build em, but I train for strength(aka im obese) so I go 225-355, don't bounce em, and don't use straps. But for hypertrophy 135-225 is the best range imo.

Obviously in my opinion ive got leaner. Back then i eated many fats and carbs and took weightgainer, many times. The problem is that i had to make a special diet now, becouse i got candida. It is a really shitty thing and fucked my gains in my opinion. Yeah so thanks for shit bro.
