I'm remember reading somewhere that it helps, especially since the shoes are flat soled.
You should do it barefoot or in socks since it's still warm outside. This way you just add an inch to your "height", so you need to bend more, causing unnecessary stress on your lower back. Edit: I've only seen people putting weights or a wooden plank under their heels when they do squats.
I'm remember reading somewhere that it helps, especially since the shoes are flat soled.
It helps with squats but I've never seen anyone do it with deadlifts. Why would you need a heel for deads? I do my deads barefoot and never had any flexibility issue, deadlifts aren't a lift that people have flexibility problems with most of the time. But shit I do squats barefoot too. And leg press. And SLDLs. Pretty much any lower body lift I do barefoot.
So why would my 1rm be 315 but my 225 is only like 5-8 depending on the day, when I should be at like 10-14 reps
because you're worthless irl and your mom abandonned you
heigou we dont need to hear your life story

Gained so much strength since May, and my bodyfat has gone down significantly.
You looked way bigger in may.
You looked way bigger in may.
Size-wise there doesn't seem to be a large difference from May to August on these pictures, but if you saw me IRL it's a massive change. Although I definitely have been making the most gains in terms of vascularity, I've gotten a lot bigger also, especially biceps/back/chest
your nickname is now cutbrah whyd you take away the hair though :( it looked pretty spiffy
your nickname is now cutbrah whyd you take away the hair though :( it looked pretty spiffy
I had the idea monday morning, 20 minutes later I was practically bald. It just feels so good not having to think about your hair, although everybody thinks I look like a bully..
tbh not having hair puts you at risk of looking like an asshole skinhead
I wish I didn't, but honestly it's what I want at the moment, a little change.
You could always cut your hair short like I do. 2 on sides and back, 4 on top. Also managed to deadlift 145 kg today urghhhhhhh so happy. however when I lifted the weight I could feel it pulling on my neck a bit (maybe upper traps i dunno), is that bad?
0 back and sides, sweep the top over hitler youth checking in, c'mere mute u jew fuk
when it gets a little longer i'll cut the back and sides again, and then see what I have to work with.
Youth nowadays is getting so goddamn lazy... Like, youth suddenly doesn't have time to brush their hair and make it nice and long, youth nowadays don't have time to eat so they go to mcdonalds and youth nowadays don't have time to eat big so they munch on whey gold standard. I'm not much older than you guys... but damn I got long hair, I take care of it, I eat meat that requires cooking and I goddamn don't need whey gold standard. fuck you
lol how does long hair have to do with anything "hurr people dont want long hair theyre so lazy" long hair looks like shit on most people
lol how does long hair have to do with anything "hurr people dont want long hair theyre so lazy" long hair looks like shit on most people
In context it has a lot to do with anything.... That was my whole point, it was an example not a cause. It's a cultural thing, a trend. And, long hair doesn't look good on anybody. Nor does long beards. You need to take care of both, which is my whole point.
strong goals long hair for max gains 2013
i just realized. the more time you spend on WtF the less gains you have. [sp]i'm looking at you heigou[/sp]
can't lift shit when I'm busy sitting on my ass on facepunch yo on this, my gains have actually been going good since I started bulking, packed on some noticeable size in my legs and a bit in my upper body, I've also gained 10 pounds since and it doesn't look like I've put on any fat at all so I'm assuming my bulk is going well so far.
I don't think I'm quite ready for 300lbs+ deadlifts for volume, but for a 1rm I think I could pull it. I wanna try a max day next week. Are there good ways of structuring them, or is it simply keep trying more weight until you fail or your form is null?
I just keep putting on weight until I snap something personally, seems to be working well.
A 3 plate pull is 2.3 times my body weight. I pulled 2 x bw for 3 reps yesterday. I'm comfortable with that.
