dat feel when seeing abs for first time in ur life, even tho too high bf cause i need to stretch skin
For the first time since I was 13, I'm under 200 pounds starting yesterday. I'm down to 198 today, and I plan to get down to 195 by Monday, which shouldn't be hard since I do cardio daily and ref football on weekends and Fridays, also I'm on a diet/doing a cleanse so that helps too. Once I hit my mark and have the endurance I want, I'm going to start muscle toning and building to fill up my nasty loose skin. I'm probably going to start posting more in this section while I fix myself up. And as a note, I weighed between 240 and 250 from the ages 15 to 21. So I feel fucking fantastic in comparison to how I used to feel. Aww yeh, all the mods making a change, first Rilez and now Banned user.
aesthetic gods in the making
guys i was in spain all week drinking for 7 days straight, i lost so much weight but on the upside im now lean asfuck
u lose weight drinking alcohol 7 days straight wtfe teach me master
Probably water. Alcohol is a diuretic, hence why you tend to look shredded as fuck when you wake up in the morning after a night of drinking. 7 days of drinking will definitely dry you the fuck out, making you look leaner and dropping a lot of weight. Guarantee that weight will come back as quickly as it left, along with looking lean.
yea no water, 1 meal a day and ecto genetics
Somatypes are bullshit.
k sry i lve now
shit nigs im gonna take a nap then go pound the weights is this a decent routine? 3x10 Squats 5x5 deadlifts 3x10 Benchpress Pullups supersetted with Dips 3x10 OHP
Too much deadlift volume, do 1 heavy set of 5 or else a few heavy triples.
Increased my squat to 3 reps of 92.5kg, and actually got my form perfect on my last set so I'm happy. I know you niggas can squat way more than that but mother fucker im improving
Increased my squat to 3 reps of 92.5kg, and actually got my form perfect on my last set so I'm happy. I know you niggas can squat way more than that but mother fucker im improving
Nah nig don't feel bad my squat isn't much heavier than yours. Most recently I did 102kg/225lbs with some very minor hiccups in my form. At lighter weight my form feels fine. Keep up the good work dude. I found that breaking through 92kg was a lot harder than getting past 100kg. It took me close to 2.5 weeks of attempts to successfully get past 92kg.
Frontsquatted 225lbs for 5 from a rack hold and full thoracic extension. Also brought my power clean up to 145lbs, although I did fuck up the form a bit (still a bit uneasy about dropping under the bar with that much weight, as well as the timing).
too much liquor not enough oly lifting srs college is fucking ridiuclouos
I remember my first beer.
I first drank when I was 13-14. Up until about 17-18 I did a fair amount of boozing. Had more than a few fuck ups in that time. I settled down a bit after 18, but I still would occasionally indulge. Last real bad hangover/crazy shotfest for me was over a year ago. Not saying that's how long I've been sober or anything, just saying that's the last time I went overboard. Sry to be a downer srs but drugs be a rough path mkay. [editline]31st August 2013[/editline] I think my sinus infection is going to be weak enough by tomorrow that I can get a lift in and continue on with normal life again.
idk dudes like we literally drink every night. i always drank on the weekends and during the summer back in high school, but this is college
i recently found out deadlifting increases your core volume. you cannot have a thin waist and deadlift at the same time. since i won't be a powerlifter, nor do i want to look slightly bloated all the time, i'm going to ditch deadlifting from my routine. maybe deadlift from time to time a little bit. [editline]31st August 2013[/editline] i only need supportive tension in my core so i'll be doing ab workouts and planks.
i recently found out deadlifting increases your core volume. you cannot have a thin waist and deadlift at the same time.
Bull fucking shit. Waist is all about illusion. You can have a thick waist but have it *look* thin with big lats and shoulders. Sure, if you want some little bitch waist you can wrap your hands around, then by all means, don't deadlift. But this notion that deadlifting somehow makes you look slightly bloated all the time or some shit is just stupid. Powerlifters look that way because they're FAT. Oh yeah look at this guy his core is so big and bloated it just looks horrible. Same dude before and after a cut. Stop believing every stupid thing you read on the internet. Tons of bodybuilders with tight waists do deadlifts. Tons of fitness models with tight waists do deadlifts. It doesn't ruin "muh aesthetics," in the slightest bit.
well, deadlifts don't work too well for me atm. i'll focus on pullups and rows for the time being. i lose too much energy with deadlifts and all i work is mostly my legs.
Does anyone else get uncomfortable when using a machine for deadlifts or squats?
Probably has to do with the fact that you're not in a natural position like you'd usually be if you were deadlifting/squatting without the machine.
well, deadlifts don't work too well for me atm. i'll focus on pullups and rows for the time being. i lose too much energy with deadlifts and all i work is mostly my legs.
Unless you have dislocated your sacroiliac joint or hurt your lower back, there is no fucking excuse to not deadlift. It is a biologically superior exercise: it increases functional strength, it strengthens the postural muscles, and and works the glutes and hamstrings quite nicely (given good form). The only people telling you not to do deadlifts are fucking fitness equipment representatives who want you to buy their miracle bullshit cable deadlift machine or lazy bodybuilder wannabes who don't want to work hard.

deadlifting is useless anyway who wants big traps and legs and a good core lmao
