sorry deadlifting fanboys, but i won't be keeping deadlifts in my everyday routine. i'll probably deadlift in the future for periods. let's say 3 months a year or so, but i won't be going batshit crazy with the weight.
i don't want to add thickness to my core. i only want support. my goal in life isn't to be able to deadlift 400 pounds, thanks
[editline]1st September 2013[/editline]
and support i can get by adequate ab workout and enough hyperextensions and shrugs
[editline]1st September 2013[/editline]
i'm also squatting so whatever
Not wanting to deadlift to not have a bigger core is one of the most babby shit excuse I've heard in a long long time, congratulations.
well, how about everybody does whatever the fuck they want and if for you not doing deadlifts is awful then please keep that to yourself
you're romanian, you have to deadlift since one is named after you
practically in your genes
I can't deadlift because of back problems :(

We aren't advocating daily deadlifts. And apparently you've ignored pretty much everything we've said. Deadlifting doesn't make you fat or plump or overly thick, that's complete and utter bullshit. And while I can't speak for others simply because I'm not psychic, I don't deadlift to show off my max, I deadlift because its a fucking healthy movement. And if you care so much about physique, you should be deadlifting anyway to provide greater natural HGH output.

you wont even have a big core with a 400lb deadlift. I pulled 500 the other day and this is my core [img]http://i.imgur.com/rdgyuOT.png[/img]
nice upper body m8, how long have you been lifting?
like 3 years or something
Arny deadlifted regularily, and loot at his waist line.

getting my squat up there, just reached 225 lb/102 kg this morning, 4 plates
feeling pretty proud
Technically that's 2 plates (you only count how many are on one side) but good job. It's always a milestone when you add another big wheel to a lift.
Hey gais
when I do 220lbs I put on 45 25 10 5 2.5 therefore 10 plate bitches

Actually only 45lb plates are counted as "plates." You lose.

Many people has big cores at 400lb. I actually think you look quite 'small' for someone who can pull 500, not that you are small at all. It just seems pretty amazing.
u better not be wearing a tapout shirt u bogan
I haven't done laundry. It's all I had left.

Also increased my squat to 4 reps @ 95 kg for a full 3 sets. my form was also the best its ever been, it was absolutely perfect im so happy. guise i think im gonna hit the 100 kg in the next 2 weeks, gonna be a huge milestone.
