Perfumly, I remember your pics from a year ago, particularly a one of you curling in a gym and a kid miring in the back. How much pounds you'd estimate you've gained since then? And I can't be bothered to look up your posts of over a year, you juicing or not?
I've gained 30 or 40 pounds since then. I'm juiced on life.
Feeling really good about Saturday's lifting competition! Today: Squatted 235lbsX3, 255lbsX1 Deadlifted 290lbs 2x3, 315lbsx1 (with belt) Afterwards my muscles "How do work???" Fucking dead right now
Don't do that, to counter the muscle confusion this causes your body stops making testosterone, your body goes full catabolism except for your pec area and you grow tits and go skinny. Stick to one squats at a time.
also I forgot to get around to this ufuckinwotmate
Whats a good amount of weight for RDL's? I do them every tuesday.
alright so im gonna post some progress pics up old me (late 2010 & early 2011: i started working out shortly after this time period) I was really skinny at this time, like hot damn I'm a bag of bones. new me (now) [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/zrI5LfK.jpg[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/GlTAIXJ.jpg[/img_thumb] Unfortunately in early 2011 I got glandular fever and that put a massive dent in my progress, but by mid-late 2011 I was recovered and able to continue. I know I have a bit more to do, and after putting on some fat and with summer coming im going to try to lose a bit of my belly. I think I gained about 25-30 kg over all.
is it time for aesthetics yet [editline]10th October 2013[/editline] fat fuck no vascularity mode go
if you wore that shirt in a gym here you would get laughed at
Whats a good amount of weight for RDL's? For a big boy like yourself I don't think 315 for reps is anything out of the ordinary.
if you wore that shirt in a gym here you would get laughed at
if I wore that to any enterprise with human beings in it I'd get laughed at still like it though
if you wore that shirt at any gym you would get laughed at
Fixed

And i'm not big lol, theres a kid on my team who is 5'10 and 380lbs. He's pretty fucking athletic for being that big though, he ran a 5.2 forty.
5.2 is pretty fast for someone that fat but then it's pretty slow for anyone else
5.2 is pretty fast for someone that fat but then it's pretty slow for anyone else
Few lineman in the nfl that weigh over 330lbs run anything under a 5.5.
5.2 forty, 5.5, what do these numbers mean???
How many seconds it takes to run 40 yards, it commonly used as a way to guage how fast someone is in football. Anything under 5 seconds is considered pretty damn fast, I run a 4.89 @ 210 6'4 with next to no cardio to give an example.
Fastest I ever ran was a 4.56. Timed with a laser system at a combine.
Amazing day FULL of Personal Records! Lost a few pounds (went in 160lbs, got home and weighed 155lbs), and bloodied up my shins from deadlifts. I almost can't believe just how far I pushed myself today, along with everyone else shouting support....it's all a mental game once you can do lifts correctly. Even when there is nothing left stregnth wise, you can still come through with willpower alone. Pushups: 49 (90s time limit) Situps: 75 (also 90s) Pullups: 9 (pretty weak here, but I'm not complaining) Pullup hold: 38s Bench Press: 185lbs Squat: 295lbs (I think I may have gotten a tiny amount of help from the spotter) Deadlift: 335lbs
Good squat and deadlift numbers but your bench is pretty low for what your pushup and pullup numbers are. Nice job though, good stats for a light frame.
My bench is low because my form isn't quite as good as compared to how well I can squat and deadlift. Plus I had to be in my arch with my feet flat on the ground, which threw me off a tiny bit because I'm used to being on my toes. I tried 195lbs and then 200lbs, both times failing but not like as soon as I touched my chest. I had some push at those weights, I just couldn't fully complete them. Also an odd thing I saw was some of the other guys benching with belts. I asked if that helps but they just said it's for protection? I would think the belt might restrict your movement and make it harder to keep in the arch or something.
here is my statistics and mussels. 78kg after my hospital stay i decided progressive overload should be done way slower. got up to 75kg 8rep bench and started snapping up my shit. i'm ok now and doing 65kg 8rep benches and growing back steadily. kept my body sizes the same, lost a bit of leg and chest only. i only lost 2kg since march since i was 80 back then, in my no shirt big dick photo. No lifting and running for 4 days. My knees feel terrific bruhs.

[editline]14th October 2013[/editline] i stopped at 85x8rep deadlifts and i wanted to get to 100, but there is time, plenty

I personally always wanted a tattoo, however I'm still working on gaining some mass and I heard your tattoo could stretch and look like shit if you take any significant amount of mass. Also becoming a surgeon, that's awesome. What kind?

I goddamn assure you that if you have a sleeve on your right hand, people would still hire you.
I used to be 196 pounds of fat when I was 16, now I'm at 175 pounds, 6'3, 19 years old. 2 years of fucking around with shit routine and shit diet. 8 months of decent routine and good diet.
