Spartan halloween costume is full go! Added bicep bands but I don't know if I'll keep them, and im tossing the idea of helmet or no helmet. I got some self tanner so I'll be good and tan for this costume then ill wash it off.

Keep the helmet at least. Ideally get a sword and shield. Carrying shit gets to be annoying though since you'll probably constantly put it down and pick it up again a bunch of times.

Yeah I agree with NO ONE, it'll be annoying to carry around unless u had a sword holder strapped to your side. actually get one of those it'll be awesome, or at least a belt you can put it in.

Been lifting for a year not stop 5-7 days a week since the end of football season in grade 11. 3 months till im 18, started out at 175 pounds, 6'3, barely benched 135 twice. Dedicated everything to the gym, havent stopped for any longer than 4 days willingly. Grew a little to 6'4, 3XL gloves and size 14 feet (saying this to emphesize large frame) bench now is 315, squat is 450, deadlift is an assumed 405 (havent done it because of football season), leg press is 750x10, I can barbell curl 135x3, tricep pushdown at 97.5x5 (might be that, the cable weights are weird but thats what they say it is. On a constant clean bulk.
Thats the short run down because im tired, I could go on and on about workout plans and morals, quotes by me, all that sorta role model kinda stuff that I gear myself up to (I try my best to get grade 10-12 kids lifting).

just found a pic when i was 17 (20 now) and felt like i had to post that chit, never liked pics cause i was so skinnyfat i had to hide my flabby tits with a waterbed, later that year i started rope jumping erriday and also did muay thai for a bit and went from 83kg to 71kg and started lifting 6 months ago, foreverbulking right now and im at 78, chest is my weakest point atm
