need to work out chest but without a bench as I don't have one. Some suggestions from you guys would be nice, you all seem to know a lot 'bout this stuff :3
Chest press if you have dumb bells, if not just do shit like dips or push ups I suppose.

fuk man. i honestly think my bench is mentally retarded. I haven't gone past 300lbs since I was 16 years old, as a junior in high school. I'm a freshmen in college, wtf. I'm going to weigh fucking 300 lbs and still not bench over 300. fml [editline]6th November 2013[/editline] also lol @ football roster weights. You would think they would boost up a lot of these linemans weight, but in reality a lot of them are boosted DOWN. Theres an offensive lineman at my school who weighs 390 lbs and is listed at 325. A bunch of other lineman are listed a good 20-30lbs less than they really are.
My bench is p retarded too. For reps I can just barely do more than my body weight (bw 155-160lbs, bench 165lbs). Same for my bent over rows too, though I guess those both are at the same weights. don't wanna bench like 205lbs and only row 175lbs you know what im saying. LOL why do they undersell the linemen?
my bench is high compared to my lower body status, 335 bench 405 squat and 500-550ish dead. But deadlift has been really low recently because I've had lower back pain so I could only pull 3plate yesterday before it hurt too much :/
I'm pretty good at everything, just not bench press. I'm good at other pressing movements, just not bench. And I have no idea why they want to undersell the offensive lineman. I hit 57.5kg on shoulder press today, it took 6 seconds to lock out. I'm so close to that 1 plate ohp. On one hand it means I'll spend less time cutting but on the other I feel like I'm missing out on gains but staying lean.
