i'll probably do it after the summer when i'm not shredded in the neg. jk just going for 10% only a few more lbs to go but will do it when bulking season again.

I'd say you should focus on your arms and chest more then your back.
Your entire back looks huge in comparison, you should do butterflies if you're not already doing those.

Hai guise, decided it's about time I post in here so here we go :v:
Anyway, I've been lifting for a few months now. Currently doing StrongLifts 5x5 and about 2 months into it and have been seeing some reasonable gains I guess, stats as following (all weights inc. bar obviously):
Height: 182cm
Weight: 60kg
Age: 17
Squat: 100kg
Bench: 40kg
Barbell rows: 45kg
OHP: 30kg
Deadlift: 110kg
Still early days but we'll see how it goes (maybe my upperbody will catch up eventually...) and maybe I'll post a bit more often if the time comes up

All in my head.
I literally haven't tracked any of my progresses, I'm just happy when I up the weight by 5 lbs on my DBs every weeks or two.
I also remember how much I lifted on certain exercises when I started, like being barely able to curl 15 lbs DBs to curling 40 lbs DBs (Weakasfuckbiceps represent), stuff like that. I don't see why gains would be impossible without tracking your progress, it doesn't matter how good you track your progress, you're still the one putting in the physical and nutritional effort needed to grow regardless of if you keep that shit on paper or not.
At most, it could help you know where you're going and give you motivation if that's what you're missing but it's not a necessity nor will it suddenly make you grow a size bigger because you're suddenly keeping stats on a paper.

What's your other specs? (except for 270 in bench)
I do close grip pulldowns with maximum of 220 lbs. And chin-ups (palm facing away from face) with 55 lbs attached weight. Works like a champ! :D
