I'm now suddenly excited about cutting simply because it's going to be a new thing to experience with intermittent fasting. Are BCAAs required or bullshit? There's all this broscience shit being flung around so I don't know what to believe since I have absolutely no experience with Intermittent Fasting.

I'm down from 91 kg 6 weeks ago to 88 kg today, feels good now that tummy is gone. Hopefully I'll keep doing down to 85 kg by the time christmas hits
Fat drives me nuts, I just constantly pinch it, roll it between my fingers, wishing it wasn't there. I have near no fat on me but even the loose-r skin on my abs bugs me from time to time. I don't think I could actually do a complete bulk and live with being fat despite big. Also, how do you guys feel after not lifting for 1-2 weeks? I think its honestly the worst thing ever, I get depressed and angry, amoung other things, its just not good at all.

My dad's 6'2 and been 210-220 since he was a sophomore in high school and is close to 50.

I only drink small glasses throughout the day then shitload with my shake. I drink 0% milk though.
