shit lats good middle back traps and rear shoulders. good job mate
Yeah, its tough really filling out my frame (6'4) and looking big with everything in proportion, looking at other lifters/gym go-ers and people I'm waaaay bigger but its just that inorder to acutally look big and muscular it takes so much more work. Pays off in the end anyways, love being tall and it looks better for bodybuilding imo. I need to get a shot of me next to a buddy.
true, don't let it cross your mind though its only by comparison that you are smaller aka have less mass
tfw your older brother who is also way bigger than you tells you that he's proud of your gains
tfw almost 100 lbs bigger than your older brother. still a pretty strong and very lean dude tho and he doesn't lift or anything.
Had formal day at my school, went hard as a motherfucker [thumb]http://i1067.photobucket.com/albums/u423/Lawblind/C354694E-CCAE-432C-B46E-FED4954E24DB_zpslc2tl3ag.jpg[/thumb] Not pictured, drawn on watch and ring, one dress shoe and one regular shoe, belt through 3 of 10 loops, and thats my tie on my head. Buds were telling me I look ridiculous but also scary, like a formal rambo. I just benched about 105kgs (231 pounds) for 3 reps. I don't know what my 1 rep max is because there is no more weight left to bench. (home gym) I feel gr8
gjdm
PRd my squat, 80kg x 5; I also ripped my pants in half on my second set wooo
Nice job! I ripped my shorts once doing rows, ripped perfectly along my ass crack. Didn't stop me from continuing the workout
Starting to get very slightly fat from this cleanbulk dunno if I can go on!!! Might tone it down, I've been eating A LOT.
i thought you'd look bigger in clothes then that. wat
lmao I look small as shit in clothe still. Pics can't convey size very well without a comparison in them.
Yeah, its hard to look really huge at 6'4 or even in pictures, its all in proportionality. Thats why a jacked 5'7 guy will look huge and ripped on his own but if im next to him he'll look really tiny. In person im really big I assure you that. Another way I think of it is if your looking at yourself in a mirror from 10 feet away you wont look that big because everything is even and you come out as a normal looking person unless your really bulgy and filled out. Up close though you can see really how big you truely are because you seeing through the eyes of someone look up close at you almost. [editline]28th December 2013[/editline] Heres a good example, Lou Forigno and this Flavio guy. Alone Flavio will look really jacked and huge, but next to Lou he looks ridiculously tiny. apparently that guy's name is flavio baccianini and he's 4'10 in the end though, everyone works hard to get ripped. unless you're bbc genetics.

GJ arabrah
Thanks man. goin to my first meet in less than 3 weeks. for cali age 16-17 165 weight class the raw single lift bench record is 210 tryna get dat shit. not much of a record but it's a start Quick question .single lift means 1 try right?
I still have trouble benching 200lbs. I got it recently, but I'm really not sure I can get much more than that right now. Fuck weak bench
I still have trouble benching 200lbs. I got it recently, but I'm really not sure I can get much more than that right now. Fuck weak bench
Start madcow. Shit does wonders forreal. Or just do this. Ramp up the weight. Lets say your max is 200. so you'll do 1x5 115 1x5 135 1x5 155 1x5 165 1x5 185 and add 5-10 pounds each week. worked for me

Started Madcow months ago. I changed up my set routine recently though (this month). I still kept the pyramid structure, but basically in a 4 week cycle, I go 5x7, 5x6, 5x5, 5x3. I just started this, so it's an experiment and Idk if the extra volume will do wonders or not, but I figured I needed to start going for a little more than just doing 5x5 for eternity. Doing that for everything basically, so hopefully I'll see even more gains than previously, if not then I guess I'll just get a bit more toned or a bit more mass or something.
Be sure to hit those triceps hard too if you want to increase your bench.
I agree with antonio. Weighed dips work wonders
What's a decent starting bench stat just out of curiosity? I think the first time I hit bench (which was only a few weeks ago lmao) I did 5 reps @ 135 pounds. And I weight 165. I felt like a noodle, especially since I've only been doing like 105. I can't even get a proper deadlift because of how inflexible I am.

Get over it it's fine.
Thought I'd share my progress of the escape from Skeletor's grasp with you guys I'm by no means big or strong but I'm making progress. I started 'lifting' in January of 2013 but didn't start seriously with deadz and squatz until July/August. Started at 63/64 kg now at 80kg still bulkan (probably a lot of fat). Critique welcome, really need advice for shoulders. Shoulder routine now is OHP, seated db press, rear db flies, machine press, upright rows but I only started OHP like last week. I used to do a lot of lateral raises but my shoulders are weak as fuck and any weight higher than 8 kg causes sharp pain in my shoulder joints. Also my lats are pretty small but I'm seeing progress with them.
