You can't expect to lift much when doing lateral/front/rear raise, those are isolation exercises, 8 kg is OK. Just go heavy, but careful, on your main lifts and you will be good. Keep up the good work.
Slowly cutting bf for competition in june, still sort of bulking/aiming to build mass but more centric on clean eating and cutting skin fat. 208 in this picture, no pump or anything. I'll post my 'full' stats list here just for easy access so I can compare in the future :v: Bench: ~240 Squat: 285 Deadlift: I'll say around 350 somewhere, I've never 1RM'd deadlifts Powerclean: 160ish Lat pulldown(only listing because I can do a lot): 2reps at 230lbs Rows: 3 reps at 230 Shrugs: 3x5-8 at 225 dumbell flys: 35lbs Shoulder press: ~100-115 lbs tri pulldowns: 135lbs Leg Press: 3x10 at 265 Will add more exercises and my numbers when I think of them :v: This is all at age 15, 5 months out from being 16. 235lbs, 6'4"

84kg up from 70kg in 6 months put on 9kg of LBM and currently at 14%bf. I will hopefully be in the 200lb club by the end of the year if my noob gains continue. no idea. Its a machine so its probably factored into the weight. But soon after that day me and a friend just were curious about how much we could leg press, I got 500lbs x5 after we pyramided up from like 315
Yeah. It's been mentioned so many times before in this forum how bloody easy leg press is.
Leg press is like a smith machine, you can lift more, but you ain't fooling anybody.
still a good leg workout lol. Also, smith machines are good for select things. I sometimes use it to bench when I really want to isolate tris and chest.

Hence why I said ~isolation~. I do smith machine bench like hardly ever anyways.
I normally don't like machines, but lately I've been doing hack squats. I let that slide mechanism almost bottom out, pause at the bottom, then brace my core hard on the way up. feels good.
why would you do smith machines when you can go ass 2 grass
