I've been working out regularly for about a year now. 2 to 4 times a week, depending on how I feel. I'm 6'4, 215lbs and my stats are kinda lame for my bodyweight but here they are:
Started at
OHP dumbbell: 40lb x5
Bench press: 135lb x5
Deadlifts: ???
Squat: ???
Rows: 135lb x5
Current:
OHP dumbbell: 55lb x5
Bench press: 175lb x5
Deadlifts: 235lb x5
Squat: ???
Rows: 175lb x5
I think that's okay. I don't plan my meals or eat supplements or anything really. My diet is all around shitty really, I just eat whatever is around.
Also I hate deadlifting so much. I'm a long legged fuck and it's the most pain in the ass movement out of anything I do.
i know your feel bro, i'm tiny but my legs are pretty long for my relative body size.
i hope you're using good form! those are some pretty nice stats, but why no squats :V

why do you need squats? what is your goal?
Why wouldn't you do squats? I'm not saying that everyone has to be a T-rex, but doing one of the most basic core strength exercises that greatly help in your day-to-day life activities is a pretty good idea.
