so i managed 3 reps of 45kg dumbbells for chest press today woo.
i think i'm going to start deadlifting and get on a actual, tried and tested program. done just fucking around in the gym with no real outline

Updated stats homies, only major lifts this tiem Bench: 225x7 which iirc puts my max around 270-275 Deadlift: 395-405, never maxed, highest I've ever gone was 365 and it wasnt too hard. Squat: 340 Powerclean: 215 Working on the bearmode, I'm a month past 16th bday, 245lbs.
Aww yis I squatted 6 reps of 110 kg and then 4 reps of 115 kg. Can't wait till I get up to 140.
At the beginning of the year my slobby untrained self was leg pressing a couple plates a pathetic few times and now I'm hitting 4 plates 3x8 Really wanting to try a max, or at least belt out a single rep at 5 plates but last time I maxed I came dangerously close to shitting my pants and/or puking

The picture is about a year old but my current stats are: Deadlift- 520 Squat- 475 Bench- 315
godamn that's heavy bw: 155lbs h: 6'0 deadlift: 250lbs squat: 250lbs bench: 185lbs clean: idk like a few reps of 140-ish lbs i've been trying to get stronger and bigger but i'm afraid to bulk because i'll just have to cut once wrestling season starts
