not gonna lie i thought you were some 140 lb manlet who barely started lifting until i saw those stats sometimes im pretty glad im 5'9, it makes my 162 lbs look much more impressive than it actually is(tfw barely 5 rm 225 bench w/ bounce)

The majority of my weight is in my lower body I would imagine. I'm really weak with the upperbody lifts that count. I think I have pretty decent lower body lifts: squat 310, powerclean 240, dead 400?ish. My best bench is 1 rep at 195 :( So to be fair I have the upperbody stats of someone who just started lifting and that is what I took a picture of, but have been putting about 25lbs on every year in HS, granted I grew about 8 inches but still.
the workout plan is have one workout in the AM just be moving heavy ass weight, powerlifting type stuff, then the second session just fucking shredding your muscle fibers and pumping hella blood into everything. get the best of both worlds?

My arms are much stronger in comparison to my chest, but I have actually gained a lot on my bench sadly. I was the guy who went into HS and couldn't rep the bar for 10. So I had a really weak base to start with, but then on top of that upper-body wasn't emphasized for a while because I was self conscious in the gym about my hilariously low bench and just didn't like doing it (stupid I know). So I didn't really start routinely doing it until I was partway through my sophomore year. I also didn't play Defensive End in football until my senior year and was a Wide Receiver before so I'm sure that had quite a bit to do with the focus on lower-body. Now that I'm trying to put on mass upper-body is def a much bigger focus. TL;DR I'm a pussy Here is a picture of me shirtless like a year and a half ago, and that was after I had been lifting pretty seriously for 2 years and already put on about 55 lbs :( [img]https://db.tt/W9bWYwxT[/img] I wasn't even hanging out with very attractive girls :( But it's okay I'm getting to the point where if I keep putting on weight I will actually look bigger. At least I hope so.
