it is bad in my opinion in terms of variety aka too many compounds as if you magically keep on doing them you will improve endlessly.
beyond that, there's also rep variety, volume, intensity ... fine for a set period of time, it's not a magic pill just sorta a simplified version for people who don't want to think about it way too much.
gonna hit it for 12 weeks to build strenght, then change to 3-day split.
i have a 4 day routine that i split either A B C pause D A B pause etc, or usually it's A B pause C D pause and so on

I'd like to think that I am, I'm absolutely drained and couldn't lift a 5 lbs dumb bell 1 to 2 hour after a work out, but then past that timeframe, my energy just goes back to the roof.
