This way the bar is at around 160cm height, and I can easily go beneath it and put the bar on my back to do squats.
I'm done lifting until summer. The only lifting I'll be doing with be low-key maintenance stuff.

It's been soon four months since i started to work out. I have always been this skinny guy. I was tired of it. So now i have gone from 69kg's to 77kgs. I also feel so much better now. I must confess that it is one of the best choices, that i have made in my life. [img]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/38743341/change_.PNG[/img] The change of four months work out. (I have this pink t-shirt at the first picture because i slept over at a party and i tried one of the girls old night clothes. Shit happens when you're drunk but it shows how skinny i was..) If you also notice some white spots on my skin, then it is because i have "Vitiligo" -skin disorder that causes de-pigmentation.
