how tall are you rebelslug? you dont look 77kg..
I'm 186cm and 17 years old. It might explain, why.
How the fuark did you get 8 kg gains in 4 months? I've been lifting for 3 months and only gained 3 kg..
I made a food-plan and followed it very closely. So i eat like every two-three hours. I also used weight-gainer. Remember also to lift heavy at the gym. I train 6 times a week 1-2 hours. (Back, Chest, Legs, Arms, Back, Chest, Day-off)
started at 63 kg krew im 72 kg now. i was stupid when i started, i thought i was fat when i was at 63 (when i look at pictures i realised i must have suffered from some serious self image problems) and jogged and worked out so that i hit 57kg, i was happy at that point. Then i took it more seriously an went up to 63KG again. Now i've slowly gained weight until i was 69KG. From there i started eating alot of chikken, rice and veggies and now i'm at 72kg. Gonna stay there a while, maybe go slowly up to 74.
started at 59kg, peaked at 74kg mid last year, stopped eating like a retard and now at 67.5kg
started at 73kg sept 2012 and 78kg now april 2013, same bf%
started at 62kg on august of 2006, moved to home gym on 2008 trained there all the way through to 2011, started paying for gym membership on september of 2012. I am now 85kg.
Started ~54kg at the start of this year. Fucked around for a bit in a gym with just machines and shitty diet = 1kg gain in the month. Currently 65kg after ~3 months of 'serious' lifting. 6'0" hungry skeleton thank you.
Started and 67kg, went up to 80kg during bulk. Currently and 76 and dropping.
i demand body pics of you prior to fitness
Unfortunately don't have any pics of my body back then, I fucking hated having pictures being taken of me and so I had none, the only pictures I have were the one I showed in this thread or the other where it looked like I was about to hang myself in an apple tree. But at 265 lbs, Ryz0's post is pretty accurate.
Started around 132 lbs. Almost managed to complete 8x1 with 110 lbs benchpress. Now @ 165 lbs, 5x4 with 242 lbs benchpress. My weight haven't seen any progression for the past two years, been stuck at 165 lbs.
