Canadians, Brits, Frenchies, are you happy with your respective healthcare systems?

All right, just to throw a bit of perspective into this, my dad's a nephrologist (kidney doctor) who has his office at the local hospital. I've read all these posts about being DENIED health care because of insurance- this just doesn't happen. Uninsured people come in on a regular basis, which of course infuriates the hospital staff who make their living off of being paid by patients. What happens when uninsured patients is this- they are treated, especially in life threatening cases (which most kidney patients are, at least in the long term) and are expected to pay from their pocket as best they can.
Most people who don't have insurance just don't pay the entire cost, just what they can if they pay at all once they leave. This is especially common with illegal immigrants, but that's another discussion. I think healthcare SHOULD be a human right, but I can't see any realistic way to do it. Becoming a doctor takes YEARS of schooling, and to become a good doctor you really have to be an exceptional student and learner. To specialize in an area of medicine after medical school and college can take a total of 12 years after graduating high school. The problem with socialized health care is that the government will start paying doctors, and obviously the government does not have enough money to pay doctors as much as they probably should be earning after that type of schooling and effort. "So what, they don't need that much money" is a typical response to that, but no matter whether they need it or not, it WILL, overtime, make fewer and fewer people want to become doctors. News flash: money is a big incentive to go into a specific career, and without the money to pay doctors and hospitals as much as they make now, we won't have as many doctors and overall quality will drop.
There are pros and cons to each. I myself think socialized health care is a good idea, but I don't see the government being able to afford it. Do we really need more debt?

so basically the current system now is what is frustrating your hospital and that in socialized health care there would be money
