Well, they had originally canceled FOP in 07, but then brought it back. This movie marks the 10 year anniversary of the show. It would make alot more sense if wasn't a live action movie, but then it could become this.

I don't know man. To me, the whole concept of the series was that the toddlers never understood the real world, so they created they're own version of what really goes on. Making them old enough to understand what was really going on took away from the joy of their hi-jinks. Maybe I'm looking to deep into things.
Also, I just remembered I still own the orange VHS of the movie.
