Well she doesn't sing too often so it isn't much of a problem.
I like the fact that when she spontaneously bursts into song, the other characters seem to realize she's doing it. IE, their lives are not Broadway. There's some self-awareness in this show that really seems to help you take it for more than it ultimately is.
The little references now and then are good too, like the Benny Hill homage, and the all-too familiar Peppy Le Pew reference when Dash was trying to avoid Pinkie.
Also...is Fluttershy just the nuclear-option for invoking the "Dawwwwww" factor? She makes all those anime-girl "moe" characters look like Dot from Animaniacs... Seriously talented vocal work.
Fluttershy is easily my favorite of the main cast. Adorable and hilarious.

I hate the Winter Wrap-up song. It will never leave my mind.
I skip most of the musical segments (all 3 of them).
Good singing but I absolutely hate musicals.
I didn't like the songs at first, but they definitely grew on me.
I'm thinking I should be less vocal about hearing about this show, lest I start getting weird looks.
I love musicals anyway so the songs are some of my favorite parts
