Alright after lurking in this thread for the past 3 weeks I finally sat down and watched all 18 episodes in a row. I have to say the animation is good especially when you compare it to the shit that looks like it was made in Flash. I also like the voice acting/singing because it felt like the actors cared rather then just trying to push it out as quickly as possible. However, its not all sunshine and rainbows.
What I didn't like is the cast is stock TV archetypes and clichés were used a little too liberally for my taste. I would have liked to see the characters branch out more beyond their "set" feeling for more then one episode. Then again this IS a TV show made for kids in mind even if it does cover more er adult themes. (See "Bridle Gossip")
Overall its not the best "kids" TV show out there (but its one of the better ones) and I can understand why people like it so much. So I give it an 8/10 so far and with all its current popularity I would't be surprised if it got a second season leaving the door open for some more creative freedom.
