The body seems a bit small but would fit perfect for Apple Bloom, but the hair doesn't seem right though. Other than that it's looking good.

It's looking like you made the limbs and stuff from separate pieces. Admirable attempt to stay true to the show, but then again, they're doing 2D FLASH animation, not 3D. This puppy needs to be seamed up good and tight. Also, the UVW map, if there is one, is suffering some major stretching. And for the most part, it looks woefully low-res. On top of everything, having all the facial features textured on is really knee-capping the thing. Also, is it me, or does the head look rather gigantic?

Yeah, the model needs some serious work. But honestly, I'm glad somebody's even trying. Personally, I'd finish that up, then take what you've learned and start over. Make the legs and body all one part, inset the eyes into the face, smooth out the hair, make a higher resolution texture, that sort of thing. I imagine you should be able to handle it.
